Please note that all room furnishings, bedding and views will vary based on availability on the day of check-in, this is like a hotel's check-in process. The suite size booked is always guaranteed.

Fabulous apartment in a building with excellent amenities

We have had a wonderful days! All the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, all our questions and needs were resolved quickly and always with a smile. In particular, the help of Ms. María Cristina, responsible for the reception of packages, was very cordial and helpful. Thank you! The location of the hotel is really good, and the common facilities and the apartment are fantastic. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely be back soon! Nancy & Salvador

Great location with beautiful sunsets!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The building is a little older, as are most in the Miami Beach area, but it appears to have been renovated in the recent past. It was a perfect “home” for my son and I to use for our exploration of this vibrant area of South Florida. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment

The best part of our stay was the apartment. It was spacious and bright with a great balcony that faces the waterway. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The biggest downfall of the place was the unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. The people who worked around the pool area and tiki bar made us feel like we were a nuisance just for being there. When we tried to order a drink they practically rolled their eyes at us and proceeded to tell us that they were out of this, that, and the other thing. They were NOT the best people to be working in customer service, for sure and even made us feel like horrible people for asking for extra towels. The $40 a day charge for the crappy parking garage was a joke also. And the restaurant that is depicted in the pictures for this place was closed all week so that was very misleading. Anyways, we won’t be back and we would not recommend this place since there’s plenty of nice properties that hire much friendlier staff. What happened to the old fashioned southern hospitality?

I needed a break. I chose this location based on the photos - beach views, ocean outside the window. I got an alleyway. If I careened my neck and leaned off balcony, I could see it. The ad shows you the photos of SEVERAL units and you get no assurance of what you’ll get at check. Parking here is EXPENSIVE and garage is a nightmare to navigate! The resort fee was another $100+ after the booking that we got hit with at check in. This was my worst VRBO experience in nearly 10 yrs. I’m just disappointed w/the bait n switch and all the extra money spent at check in. To owner… unit needs: — a frying pan — a spatula — a baking sheet for a pizza (you had 1 Pyrex square pan for like brownies — just not adequate size for common items — your wash clothes and bathroom were really really bad, worn, thin and more like cleaning rags. Car wash spare rags/towels. They are rough and just THIN. — TVs are 19 or not quite 27 inch … couldn’t at least the living room have a larger one? — ceiling fans in Florida would be nice, especially in bedrooms Unit is clean … but you could easily make this minor improvements based on rates being paid. I rated with 2 stars because it was clean without stains and bugs - just basic. Check in was OK - basic but extra fees left a super sour taste. Location…. That was a lot to look at the alley but you could walk to beach. Would never go back. I’d just book at a nice resort hotel at same price.

Thought this hotel was not remotely worth the price. Nothing special about it. Looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades.
