Can accommodate up to 4 people (1 large bed and 1 sofa bed: mattress and SURMATELAS for more comfort).

All shops nearby (Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bakery…)
Put on your flip-flops, take your beach towel and you will have your feet in the Mediterranean in less than 2 min!
For the bravest: put on your sports outfit for a run on the Promenade des Anglais down the street!
No anxiety on arrival and departure, the airport is only 10/15 min by bus (bus lines on the Promenade close by)
To visit the surroundings, the main station is 15 minutes by bus (stop at the foot of the building)
To go out, shopping, restaurants and walks, Place Masséna and the Old Town are 10/15 min by bus or 20 min by foot.
Possibility to rent Blue bikes or electric cars Autobleue nearby

The accommodation includes a staircase of ten steps giving access to the mezzanine.
No parking space on site but you can park in the surrounding streets, some of which are free of charge.
Security deposit: in the event of material damage to the accommodation, you may have to pay up to € 350.
