The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine. The bright living room, facing south and west, is furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed, a large television and a dining area, with access to the south-facing balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave and 4 gas burners.
The large balcony, facing south and west, of approximately 18 m², is furnished for your comfort. A designated outdoor parking space is also available. The residence is secure with an elevator, offering a peaceful stay.
The location of this apartment is ideal, with private access to the beach and close proximity to the center's attractions.
