Upstairs, the villa has a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200) and its adjoining shower room, a bedroom with a bed (180 x 200) and adjoining shower room, and another bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 190). There is also a bathroom with toilet. The cellar is equipped with a dryer and a washing machine as well as a storage space (bicycles, beach items, etc.) The outbuilding, on one level, offers a large living room with an equipped American kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, dining area, sofas and armchairs. The rooms include: a bedroom with a bed (140 x 190), a bedroom with a bed (160 x 200) and adjoining shower room, a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200), a bedroom with two beds (90 x 190) and adjoining bathroom/WC, and a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200) with separate shower room/bathroom/WC.
