A corridor leads to a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, separate toilets, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom, facing south, is furnished with a 160 x 200 bed for peaceful nights. The large terrace of approximately 20 m² offers a relaxation area facing the beach and the sea, equipped with furniture for unforgettable moments outdoors. A designated parking space with secure access (beeper or code) is available. This very pleasant apartment is well equipped, including Internet/WIFI, offering an exceptional location to fully enjoy the maritime environment.
