Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die kleine Terrasse. Sie war sehr sauber und für französische Verhältnisse groß genug für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung war gut, alles was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz ist sehr klein und die Chance gering, einen zu finden. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es aber ausreichend Parkraum.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Ein Bus fährt direkt vor dem Gebäude ab.
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut.
Uns hat es gefallen und wir würden sicherlich wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir wieder nach Lyon kommen.
Superbe appartement. Dommage que la place de parking n'est pas plus souvent disponible. Quartier pas aussi tranquille qu' on pensait.
Proprietaires très gentils et disponibles. Accueil très sympa.

Séjour Professionel qui s'est très bien déroulé.
Bonjour,
Je souhaitait vous parler de quelques petits soucis (Rien de très grave) Mais c'est important pour que vous puissiez le modifier pour les prochains visiteurs.
En effet, il aurait fallut plus de serviettes de bain car c'est noté que l'appartement pouvait accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.
Il n'y a également qu'une seule chambre au lieu de 2 (Noté sur la description de l'appartement).
Et enfin le BZ qui n'était pas en très bon état, et dont il a fallut faire le lit.
La personne qui a dormi dedans n'en a pas un très bon souvenir.
Les places de parkings, sont là pour ceux qui arrivent les premiers. Pas de solutions (Mis a part tourner en voiture) pour les autres qui arrivent après 19h.
Le reste rien a dire, très propre il ne manquait rien d'autres.
Très bon accueille.
Je recommande tout de même !!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung am Rande von Lyon
Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung kann sehr empfohlen werden! Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Rande von Lyon . Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20-25 Minuten und mit dem Bus in knapp 10 Minuten.

Clean, quiet compact apartment with the benefit of a little garden too
In a quiet residential area, not great for public transport but easy to reach by car and plenty of on-street parking nearby. We were able to find a space in the secure parking behind the building on 3 of the 4 nights we were there anyway.
The flat was just as depicted, spotlessly clean and suited us (family of four) perfectly. There is zero noise from neighbours and, apart from a bit of drifting cigarette smoke, the mini-garden is also ideal for warm evenings – quiet and well away from traffic noise or fumes.
There's a nice little boulangerie in easy walking distance but we gave the convenience store next to it a wide berth after finding maggots in its goat's cheese and getting an underwhelming response from its manager (first, denial, then a replacement, also maggoty, then a hopeful "mais c'est normal"...).
Mickael was helpful and communicative and very polite even when we got stuck in the rush-hour traffic crossing the city on arrival and took a lot longer to get there than anticipated.
If parking in the secure car park, make sure you don't do what we very nearly did on departure, which is to lock the set of keys inside the flat as instructed while you still need the fob to open the parking gates to get the car out!
We would definitely recommend this property :-)
