Villa Lentisco is located in the beautiful bay of Cala del Gesso overlooking the sea and immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. It enjoys an enchanting view of the sea and islands, with unforgettable sunsets. The villa offers access on foot to Cala del Gesso beach in 10 minutes (distance 400 meters, altitude difference 80 meters).
The villa, all made of stone and with panoramic windows, has a large independent garden with 3 terraces where you can enjoy the sun and the view and have lunch or dinner with the sound of the waves. The garden has a barbecue.
Inside the furniture is of great taste and the spaces are distributed as follows:
- a double room
- a room with 2 + 2 beds
- a small room with 2 bunk beds and attached small bathroom
- large living room with fireplace and large dining space
- kitchen
- 1 larger bathroom (2 bathrooms in total),
- beautiful garden with veranda for outdoor dining
- private parking
The villa is independent. The Cala del Gesso beach, considered the most beautiful of Monte Argentario, is free, without establishment and ideal for snorkeling or sunbathing even in the colder months (it is in fact oriented to the west and is always very hot and sunny).
The car is necessary to go shopping in Porto S. Stefano (7 km) or to go and relax in Orbetello or Porto Ercole (half an hour's drive) full of shops and restaurants. Splendid panoramic walks, on foot or by car, are possible on the whole Argentario and in the surrounding Maremma Toscana. From Porto Santo Stefano it is possible to quickly reach the Giglio, Giannutri or other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
Please note: guests are asked to pay cash on arrival for an extra cost of delivery and final cleaning equivalent to 190 € to which are added 10 € for linen x each occupant. Thank you.

Einfach toll!

Die Aussicht einfach der Kracher, Abenteuer für die Kinder, eine sehr schöne und raue Gegend, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die Einfahrt aufs Grundstück geht auch mit einem 9 Sitzer. Für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube! Selbst zu Ostern baden im Meer möglich, da Bucht sonnenseitig liegt.

Un beau séjour

Un beau séjour dans cette magnifique maison qui ne manque de rien et où la vue est à couper le souffle. L’accès à la plage est facile mais en cette saison elle est bondée donc nous y allions matin et soir. Nous étions en Renault Traffic, l’accès à la maison est fastidieux, il faut être à l’aise dans les manœuvres ! Merci pour Je beau séjour.

solo il rumore del mare...fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Lentisco nella settimana dal 22/6 al 29/6 2024 ed è stata un'esperienza emozionante. La casa si trova in una posizione direi unica, dal patio si vedono le acque verdi, turchesi, cobalto di cala del Gesso, dal terrazzo lasciando spaziare lo sguardo si possono ammirare il profilo dell'Elba, del Giglio, dell'Isola di Montecristo e più in là la Corsica. Lo scoglio dell' Argentarola coi primi raggi di sole si illumina...meraviglia pura. La casa ha tutto quello che serve né più né meno, anche una doccia esterna per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dal mare. Da ogni stanza è possibile ammirare il mare, i letti sono comodi e le stanze da letto sono provviste di zanzariere per poter dormire con le finestre aperte e ascoltare il mare. Nella settimana che abbiamo trascorso lì, non abbiamo sentito altro suono che quello del mare, dei gabbiani e degli altri abitanti della macchia mediterranea che circonda la casa. Mi permetto di segnalare che la casa non si presta molto a persone con difficoltà motorie perché sono presenti dei gradini per accedere dall'esterno all'interno della casa e anche tra la zona notte e la cucina. E' una casa per amanti della natura e del silenzio, non ci sono nei paraggi bar, negozi o locali, (per questo bisogna scendere a Porto Santo Stefano). Esperienza bellissima che consiglio

Großartiger Blick für "blau"-Anbeter

Das Objekt ist eine genial gelegene Sommerresidenz, die sich ein Architektenehepaar 1962 geschaffen hat. Neben der unschlagbaren Aussicht - egal ob vom Panoramafenster des Wohnbereichs mit offenem Kamin, der überdachten Hausterrasse oder dem schilfbeschattetem Essbereich - ist die geschmackvolle Innenarchitektur aus Klinker, Verputz und dunklem Holz ganz großartig. Das Haus ist nichts für Luxusverwöhnte. Die Küche ist funktional und eigengebrauchsorientiert, Fenster sind aus Einscheibenglas und Türen können auch mal knarzen. Wen das nicht stört kann hier die beste Zeit des Sommers verbringen.

Haus in Monte San Stefano

Die Zufahrt war für ein normales Auto nicht nicht zu bewältigen. Der Weg ist lebensgefährlichdie letzte Kurve vor dem Haus ist eigentlich nur mit einem Esel zu schaffen. In diesem Zustand ist die Zufahrt niemandem zuzumuten.

Splendida settimana

Se il piacere di soggiornare durante le vacanze in una casa in affitto, per voi, passa per il lavello di design, la cucina nuovissima, i bagni rifatti da poco... forse questa casa non fa al caso vostro. E' più che decorosa, fornita di tutto, ma altresì spartana. Una seconda casa degli anni '70, che mantiene il suo impianto originario e credo molti dei mobili dell'epoca. Se invece siete alla ricerca di un luogo in cui ci si sveglia ogni mattina con una delle viste più belle del Tirreno, e ci si ritira la sera dopo aver osservato tramonti indimenticabili, se vi piace fare la doccia anche all'aperto, in un bosco di macchia mediterranea; se apprezzate i profumi, il rumore del mare, la natura... questo luogo vi piacerà infinitamente. Isabella, l'host, è stata cordiale e precisa (ancorché il nostro rapporto sia stato solo via mail); la signora Fiorella, che vi accoglie fisicamente, è stata gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto, che nulla a che vedere con la struttura in sé: Cala del Gesso, la splendida caletta sottostante Villa Lentisco, è presa d'assalto da molti turisti, anche in pieno settembre. Sono rimasto davvero rattristato dalla poca cura che hanno del luogo - bellissimo - e dalla quantità di sporcizia e maleducazione che sono in grado di disseminare ovunque. Forse maggio e giugno, o le ultime settimane di settembre, le prime di ottobre, possono essere i periodi migliori per soggiornare.

Traumhafte Natur

Wir haben gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ein sehr schönes Domizil, etwas abseits und mitten in der Natur. Besuch auf der Terrasse von Eidechsen, Eichelhähern und anderen Tieren sind inbegriffen. Wegen der Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus sollte man keine Angst vor engen, kurvigen Gassen in Hanglage haben😃. Am Ziel wird man belohnt. Für den Weg runter zum Strand ist Trittsicherheit von Vorteil. Ein schönes Kleinod der Natur, der Ab- und Aufstieg lohnt sich! Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt und war sehr angenehm.

Tolle Location, schlechter Zustand

Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, ein atemberaubender Ausblick und ein vernachlässigtes Objekt. Nachts hat es aus dem Bad gestunken und obwohl wir alle Abläufe mit Wasser als Geruchsverschluss gefüllt haben war nichts zu machen. Am letzten Tag dann war klar, dass die Versitzgrube Rand voll war. Der Gestank, der von dort kam, hat mir förmlich die Sinne geraubt. Am Ende war es das Geld nicht wert und auch wenn die Vermieterin wirklich sympathisch war, kommt es am Ende doch auf das Ferienhaus und seinen Pflegezustand an. Das gilt auch für den Weg zum Strand. Weil es dort keine Toiletten gibt, entleeren sich die vielen Besucher entlang des Weges.

Buen retiro verde tra l'azzurro del mare e quello del cielo

Villa sita in una posizione magnifica posta a picco sul mare. Trattasi di una ristrutturazione risalente a circa cinquanta anni fa che necessiterebbe di qualche intervento per renderla meno datata. La casa si presenta piena di libri e suppellettili raccolti nel tempo. Silenzio e pace fanno da sovrani in questo luogo. Per qualsiasi necessità è indispensabile auto o moto. Pochissimi metri la dividono dalla spiaggia, una lunga camminata aspetta invece che proviene da fuori.

accoglienza perfetta posto incantevole vicino al mare con scorci sul mare in ogni punto della casa e del tragitto fino a cala del gesso.unica pecca e che nell annuncio non si capisce che la proprieta e una villa bifamiliare anche se non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di disturbo dai vicini dato la buona dislocazione delle aree esterne. nel comlesso qualita prezzo eccellenti ottima vacanza.

Un paradiso, per chi vuole star solo

La posizione della villa è spettacolare. La discesa al mare ripida e un po' faticosa, ma breve. Siamo stati lì con due cani, ma la villa non è propriamente recintata. Se andate con animali, badate che siano tranquilli e restino vicino.. Noi ritorneremo, sicuramente..

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich! Von mehreren Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. An die abenteuerliche Anfahrt gewöhntan sich. Der Strand Cala del Geso ist sehr gut zum Schnorcheln. Leider ist der Kiesstrand sehr ziemlich voll mit Leuten. Die Vermieterin ist stets mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe. Ihre Tipps waren auch bei Ausflügen sehr hilfreich. 😊

Un piccolo paradiso nel bosco

Villa lentisco è ben descritta dai proprietari. Certo, la strada per arrivare è un po' complicata, le stoviglie sono un po' vecchiotte, scendere giù al mare è un po' faticoso. Ma sono tutte cose terrene. Quando vi renderete conto di essere in paradiso, quelle cose non conteranno più nulla. Ho goduto tramonti indimenticabili e fatto bagni nella splendida caletta sotto casa. Un paradiso.

Il panorama e il suono del mare ti ripagano di tutto

Siamo stati benissimo...il panorama e il suono del mare ti ripaga di tutti i piccoli disagi che questa casa ,data la sua posizione,porta!! la scalinata che porta al mare è abbastanza impegnativa ma dopo le prime volte ....noi la facevano due volte al giorno era diventata più piacevole! In consiglio ...fatevi una bella spesa perché la strada che porta al paese ,per un tratto è molto angusta! La casa è immersa in mezzo al bosco...abbiamo visto scoiattoli e un piccolo cinghialetto! In complesso tornerei senza ombra di dubbio....io potrei anche pensare di abitarci. Grazie

Villa deliziosa con panorama da sogno

Abbiamo trascorso, in sei più il nostro cane,, una settimana immersi nel verde della macchia mediterranea davanti ad uno dei panorami più belli del Mediterraneo. Un affaccio sul Giglio, Montecristo, la Corsica e l'Elba. La villa è ben organizzata, pulita e immediatamente accessibile dal parcheggio privato. Dalla grande finestra del salotto si può godere del mare stando davanti al camino. Nonostante la stagione, all'ora di pranzo, abbiamo potuto mangiare fuori nella grande veranda accanto al barbecue. La spiaggia incantevole di Cala del Gesso era tutta per noi. Abbiamo provato il ristorante le Chicche a soli tre minuti di macchina trovandolo molto buono. Tra le cose da fare una gita al Giglio da S. Stefano, lo shopping ad Orbetello, una giornata sulla spaiggia della Feniglia e una gita in maremma (Capalbio, Magliano e tanti altri paesini medioevali)

panorama inoubliable!

Non dimenticheremo il fascino della vista dalle diverse terrazze, il tramonto tutte le sere e la vista del mare al risveglio. Un'altra scoperta incredibile: i fondali della cricca e del mare intorno. Il piacere della tranquillità della casa immersa nella natura.

What a beautiful place to spend time.

Our stay at the Villa was really wonderful. A very magical place in the forest full of beauty. The house is rustic and simple but also cozy and comfortable, with all the essential basics. There is an excellent restaurant and bar in walking distance, and the town is very close and a wonderful place to spend time. The real treat is the small cove below the house, down a steep but easy trail. So beautiful and crystal clear water. We intended to stay only a couple of days but extended our time here we were so happy. The owner is so helpful and kind. We hope to return for a longer stay.

Una vacanza da sogno in un piccolo paradiso

Villa Lentisco è semplicemente un sogno! Il suo stile, le sue mura in pietra, le sue vetrate sul mare, l’atmosfera accogliente e assolutamente isolata tra bosco e mare ci ha rimesso in pace con noi stessi! Soggiorno piacevole all'Argentario

Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio in 8 persone (4 adulti e 4 ragazzi). Confermiamo che la villa è situata in un contesto incantevole e tranquillo, circondata dalla vegetazione si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato sul mare di fronte a Cala Gesso. L’esterno è la parte più godibile di questa villa, ci sono due tavoloni, uno sotto il portico e l’altro sotto un pergolato vicino al boschetto dove si può cenare ammirando il panorama. È presente anche una doccia esterna situata in mezzo ad un boschetto di lecci che abbiamo usato molto volentieri dopo la salita da Cala Gesso. Abbiamo trovato l’interno della casa pulito e in ordine ma andrebbe migliorata la dotazione di pentole in quanto alcune non sono utilizzabili (pentola a pressione senza la valvola di sfogo, padelle rovinate...) e altre le abbiamo trovate sporche. Andrebbe anche rinnovata la dotazione di bicchieri, tazzine, tazze, piatti perchè sbeccati e molto usurati. I due ventilatori che ci sono e che si utilizzano, dato che l’aria condizionata copre solo la zona giorno, erano molto sporchi tanto più che li abbiamo dovuti pulire prima di usarli. Io e mio marito eravamo sistemati nella cameretta con i letti a “castello” che, come si vede dalla foto, è piccola. Per salire sul letto superiore è necessaria l'abilità di un acrobata! E' fissato al soffitto con funi. Anche la scaletta per accedervi è di corda e quindi basculante. Non abbiamo potuto riporre i nostri indumenti da nessuna parte ; fatta eccezione per una cassettiera piccola,e per giunta scomoda, perché il posto adibito ad armadio era stracolmo di scatoloni e oggetti vari, quindi utilizzato come ripostiglio. La signora che ci ha accolto,la proprietaria non è in loco, è stata gentile ma sbrigativa e approssimativa.
