Welcome to this wonderful, full of positive energy and relaxing resort! The condo is a great place to relax, explore and rejuvenate! 1 bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and fully equipped kitchen make enough room for 4 guests. The condo is located on the first floor of the Harbor building at the Landmark Resort- only a short walk to the nearest restaurant, town center, and a short drive to numerous Door County attractions! The resort itself is a great place to enjoy- 1 indoor pool, exercise room and a game room located in the main building, hot tub, and sauna in each building, 3 outdoor pools, tennis court, playground, a trail located in the back of the property. 2 computers and a printer available in the main building, right by the coffee lounge and the pool.

Great for a getaway

Relaxing getaway

Excellent stay

My family loved our stay here! The condo was well-kept, up to date and very clean. We appreciated having a kitchen stocked with the various things we needed to cook for four. The resort is beautiful and has some amazing amenities. Very short drive to the beach and Egg Harbor. Thanks for a great stay!

Great family stay. Lots of activities. Pull out couch was fine for a few nights. Great location to explore DC. Indoor and out door pools were both wonderful. The little trail on property was also nice to explore.

Great condo with all of the amenities!

Great condo in a great location. Unit had nice decor and had all of the supplies needed. Communication with rental manager and check-in was a breeze. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Summer vacation

Resort was very nice, especially the salt water pool. Bike trip to peninsula park was a highlight too. The condo is small, I can’t imagine more than 2 people staying there.

Egg Habor Stay

Absolutely beautiful area! We enjoyed exploring the Door County area. Our room was adequate, but was disappoibted to find previous guests clothes hanging on the back of bathroom door and dishwasher had not been run. These two things made me question the overall cleanliness of the space. All that aside, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

All smiles!

With freezing cold temps outside, the Happy Place was the perfect getaway. The unit had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay, including a well stocked kitchen and a lot of tv/streaming options when we wanted to stay snugged in! We took advantage of the whirlpool and fitness center - great indoor options. Beautiful location - can’t wait to return!

Quiet spot with lots to do

The Happy Place condo at the Landmark Resort was a cozy and quiet spot we enjoyed over a long holiday weekend. The resort property has many amenities to enjoy, and the town of Egg Harbor has a lot more to offer. **You must see the sun set across the bay—a magnificent sight that brought applause from the many who watched each evening.**

Great home base

We enjoyed our stay at Landmark Resort. The owner was easy to work with and answered our questions promptly. We did not stay in this actual condo due to a last minute request of the owner to switch to their other property but the two condos appear similar in the photos. The condo we stayed in was clean and tastefully decorated. The resort has nice amenities including two outdoor pools with a view of the bay. We enjoyed watching the sunset from one of the outdoor patios. A great location close to all Door County has to offer but off of the main route through town.

Beautiful location

Happy Place

Good experience overall- especially love the amenities of the Landmark. The only problem we had was the lack of TV service. Host took care of contacting maintenance but the first technician couldn’t solve the problem and was going to bring in a second technician. I then asked them to come back after we checked out the next morning since I didn’t want to take any more of our time waiting for them. Not sure if it got resolved before the next group checked in.
