Located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator, it consists of a living room, dining room, a functional and equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The night area has two bedrooms, one with twin beds in 90, the other with trundle beds in 90, both opening onto a beautiful terrace of 15 m² furnished.

A private parking space in the basement will complete the set.

A stone's throw from the center on foot, local shops next door.

Très bon emplacement

Hébergement parfait pour petit groupe de 4 -5 personnes. Emplacement calme et ideal pour accéder au centre de St Jean de Luz, parking ds la résidence apprécié.

vis à vis important au salon où il suffirait d'un simple rideau pour résoudre le problème. réfrigérateur trop petit (top) alors que couchage jusqu'à 6 personnes et poêles impropres à l'utilisation. Sinon appartement très bien situé, spacieux et tranquille

Die Lage der Wohnung nahe zum Bahnhof/Bus und auch zur Stadt ist super, sie ist auch groß für eine 4köpfige Familie aber die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und ungemütlich und auf das wesentliche beschränkt (z.b. keine Geschirrtücher).Es gibt kein WLAN.

appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

Très bel emplacement de ce logement au calme avec terrasse appréciable l'été. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et dispose d'un parking privatif. Il serait parfait si les moquettes, la tapisserie et le tapis étaient enlevés (déco un peu vieillote). Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, plage accessible en 10-15 minutes. Séjour très agréable.
