Underground Parking: Two designated spots per unit (height limit of 7’1”).
Policies
Reservation Age: Must be 25 or older to book.
No Smoking or Chaperoned Groups: Villa Coyaba is a smoke-free facility, and only families or adult groups are permitted.
Guest Access: Only registered guests may use the pool, beach, gym, and grilling areas. Visitors may visit the condo but cannot use these facilities.
Cancellation Policy:
Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made 30+ days prior to check-in for stays under 28 days or 90+ days prior for stays over 28 days.
Partial Refunds: 50% refund for cancellations made between 29–14 days prior.
No Refunds: Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
Administrative Fee: $199 for all cancellations.
Additional Notes
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in at 4 PM; check-out at 10 AM.
