Confortable et bien placé.

Maison confortable et agréable avec un grand jardin. À proximité immédiate de la Belle plage de Kerel parfaitement adaptée aux enfants, ainsi que du GR pour les amateurs de trail et de randonnées. Très bon séjour.

Superbe propriété à 5 minutes de la plage de Kerel

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison est très bien équipée pour deux familles et son emplacement au calme à proximité du hameaux de Grand-Village et de la plage de Kerel est idéal. Le terrain autour de la maison est grand, la terrasse très agréable. Une super adresse pour des vacances bel-iloises inoubliables!

Maison au calme très agréable à vivre

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Belle-Île dans cette maison au calme, entourée d’un vaste jardin. La location est idéale pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, très bien équipée et éloignée de la route; Idéalement située pour découvrir chaque jour l’île à vélo ou profiter de la magnifique plage de Kérel. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Tranquillité, confort et proximité de la côte

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Belle-ile. La maison est bien placée, prés de la plage familiale de Kerel pour les baignades (5/10 mn a pied), et proche aussi du chemin cotier pour de belles ballades dans un environnement très sauvage (et pleins de mûres fin Aout). L'équipement de bonne qualité de la maison est aussi très appréciable (electroménager, barbecue, jouets, bibliothèque). Le hameau "Grand village" est vraiment calme, même en haute saison. Dans le jardin, on entend aucune voiture, seulement le vent et les mouettes. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter pour les amateurs de tranquillité et de confort.

Spacious and well equipped house, close to the beach

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids for two weeks for the second time and we enjoyed it as much as last time. The house has everything which you need also for small kids. There is no need to bring anything. The garden is really big, but we didn't use it that often as one of the family friendliest beaches is in walking distance. The house has a very quiet surrounding and you can reach everything easily by car and bike. We highly recommend this house!

Trés bon séjour !

Situation de la maison comme nous le souhaitions ; calme et tranquillité assurés . La maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut et le jardin très appréciable par sa dimension et l'apaisement qu'il procure . Un bel endroit !

Cosy, clean and quiet house with everything you need for perfect holidays

We really enjoyed , better we loved our stay and holidays at this house !! We felt at home from the beginning to the end and had a really great time. I liked the way of the communication with the owner and everything was like it is offered. You can trust the pictures you see, that`s exactly how the house looks outside and inside. The payment was absolutly correct. The garden is large and the beach is nearby. All in one : an honest offer, a perfect communication and a cosy, clean and technical modern house which let`s no wishes open ! Thank you for let us staying at your house !! D. from Germany

Family friendly well equipped house close to the beach

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids for a week in this really nice house with a spacious garden. The owner was very helpful in advance and supported us in any matter also during our stay. English is no issue. The house is very well equipped with all necessary things also for babies. All items are in really good condition and the house is nicely renovated with really nice furniture. The children enjoyed the stay as there were enough toys, games and lots of books / BD to read. A real benefit is the walking distance to one of the nicest beaches on the island. We highly recommend this house especially for families with children. It is definitely our first choice for our next visit.

Agréable location avec jardin magnifique

Superbe location. Nous avons passé une belle semaine sur Belle-Ile. La maison est bien équipée et cosy. Le poil est idéal pour l'intersaison. A recommander pour les amoureux des iles bretonnes.

excellent séjour maison confortable & bien située

Une location très agréable, au calme dans cette partie "sauvage" de Belle Ile . Un logement très bien équipé, un grand jardin, une belle pièce a vivre, et parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la délicate attention des propriétaires, leur disponibilité et leur flexibilité. Nous avons très régulièrement loué des maisons à Belle Ile et conseillons vivement cette location pour : le repos le calme la détente et sa situation idéale pour découvrir Belle Ile.
