Located 1km from the beautiful beach of Canella, overlooking the cove of Tanone, the situation of the villa Fava allows a quick and easy access to two beaches (Favone and Tanone Creek).

Magnificent living room of 50 m² with fireplace with breathtaking views of the sea.

Sea and mountain views from the two outdoor terraces to enjoy the places at any time of day and night.

Very quiet area midway between Solenzara and Porto-Vecchio to avoid congestion summer. Near the mountain (GR 20) and typical Corsican villages.

Ideal for 8 people (expandable to 10) or 2 families, the benefits are as follows:

Das erste mal auf Korsika

Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten von dort aus schnell zu schönen Stränden und Bergen fahren. Leider konnten wir die Waschmaschine nicht nutzen. Der Baulärm vom gegenüberliegenden Hügel war zu ertragen. Alles in Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Location idéale pour un séjour entres amis ou en famille. Vue de fou depuis la pièce principale, tout le nécessaire est fourni (linge complet), proche de tous les principaux lieux de visite de la Corse du sud. Michel est de bons conseils et très disponible !!! JE RECOMMANDE SANS HÉSITATION

Wunderbarer Blick aufs Mittelmeer

Dank guter, freundlicher und schneller Kommunikation konnten alle Fragen im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes leicht geklärt werden. Unsere 5er-Erwachsenen-Gruppe passte gut in Haus/Küche/Wohnzimmer/3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei weitere vorhandene Zimmer wurden nicht belegt. Große Terrasse & Tisch nach Nordwesten laden zum Frühstücken ein. Weitläufiger Poolbereich mit Liegen/Sesseln/Sonnenschirmen in Westlage. Goldfischteich und Baumbestand falls Schatten gesucht wird. Gasgrill (nicht von uns genutzt). 3-4 Parkplätze nach geschwungener Auffahrt. Interessant zu beobachtende Bautätigkeit am Hang gegenüber, mit Lärm der nicht wirklich störte und sich wohl in 2024 erledigt haben könnte. Besonderen Dank an Michael und einen weiteren Herren, die schnell und sehr freundlich für Abhilfe bei kleineren Reparaturen sorgten. Zu hoffen: baldige Sanierung der oberen Dusche, deren Schimmel optisch schwer zu ertragen war. Wir nehmen an, dass der wirklich günstige Preis diesem Nachteil Rechnung tragen sollte. Wir verbrachten hier eine sehr angenehme Woche mit Ausflügen in die Berge sowie zu den näheren und weiter entfernten, großartigen Stränden. Spar-Märkte sind hochpreisig; Super-U in St.Lucie hingegen sehr zu empfehlen (15min). Gerne bald wieder!

Ein Traum

Wir waren an Pfingesten für 2 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern dort. Es sieht so schön aus auf den Bildern…aber es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner dort. Für Kinder/ 2.Familie gibt es den unteren Stock mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Bad. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick in die Berge und vom Wohnzimmer aus auf das Meer. Zu Fuß gelangt man in zehn Minuten an eine tolle Badebucht. Der Pool ist super, niedrig für Kinder (6+) und tief zum schwimmen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Berge und Richtung Porto Vecchio oder Bonifacio. Michel und Stephanie waren immer bei Fragen für uns da. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!!!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist in Natura noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegter Garten, ganz toller Pool. Die Aussicht in die Berge und aufs Meer hatte ich so wirklich noch nie. Die Einheimischen in der Gegend sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit Herrn Vincent Richard hat sehr gut geklappt. Es gibt einen großen Griller im Garten, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Ich kann das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und sollte ich wieder auf die schöne Insel kommen dann nur in Herrn Richards Haus:)

Super Haus für erholsamen Urlaub

Bei diesem Objekt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Wir, 4 Erwachsene, durften einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen! Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt uns ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt! Der Pool ist ein Traum: groß genug zum Schwimmen und erstaunlicherweise nicht so warm! Wir haben Vincent zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber der Kontakt per Mail hat immer geklappt! Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Komunikation mit M. Richard war einfach. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet, war hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Haus war von der Lage und Ausstattung genau wie im Beschrieb. Die Grösse, die Aussicht und der Pool waren top.

Schöne Basisstation

Wir waren zu fünft in diesem Haus und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Einrichtung und die Anlage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Die Auffahrt von der Hauptstrasse würde von einer vollständigen Teerung profitieren. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und der Tischtennistisch ein echtes Plus. Ausgesprochen ruhig (bis auf den Frosch, der nachts seine Liebste bezirzte) jedoch auch etwas weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine gute Basisstation für Ausflüge von Ghisonaccia bis nach Bonifacio und ins Hinterland mit Wandern und Canyoning. Obwohl alle Restaurants irgendiwe identische Karten haben, haben wir die beste Erfahrung bei "Il Favone" gemacht, ein Restaurant mit Pizzeria auf der Höhe des Strandes von Favone.
