You will be greeted by Olivier (the guardian) in this vast property of 15 hectares nestled in a quiet stone's throw from the Canal du Midi. Domaine Saint-Louis is 10 minutes by bike from the beach and 2.5 km from the village of Vias, shops and restaurants.

Ideal for holidays with friends or family, Domaine Saint Louis welcomes you in a charming house of more than 200 m2 of the nineteenth century. Bathed in light, this redecorated house in a neo-vintage style benefits from this extra soul of the historically family atmosphere.

You will enjoy outdoors, a brand new secured pool, a nice large table in the shade of plane trees to relax and listen to the only rustle of the field, the song of many birds, herons, kingfishers, egrets, ducks ...

The area, populated by walnut trees, pines and poplars is surrounded by a small river (secure near the house) that will delight everyone for walking, running, cycling or beautiful fishing. No neighbors around, absolute peace and freedom!

Un endroit remarquable

Nous étions 12, dont 1 ado. La maison était parfaite. Elle est bien équipée. Et incroyablement bien située à 20mn à pied d'une plage. Calme et détente .

Holiday Ruined by Falling Mirror

This property is unsafe. A large mirror that was not adequately secured to a wall fell on my daughter. She was lucky that she only required 12 stiches and was not more seriously hurt. The general up-keep of the house was very poor with door handles falling off, doors not closing properly, electrical sockets and switches not working. The pictures on the website are not an accurate representation of the current state of the property. I have asked for a partial refund of my fees but have had no response. If you decide to stay in this property be very careful.

Tolle Unterkunft im Grünen

Wir, 5 Erwachsene u. 6 Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist einzigartig, der Pool super. Zum Strand sind es aber 25' z.Fuß

Notre week-end en famille s'est très bien passé dans cette grande maison familiale. Le domaine et la piscine sont superbes malheureusement le temps n'était pas avec nous et on a pas pu en profiter. On a quand même pu faire une balade jusqu'à la mer en une demi-heure à peine c'était top.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison très bien équipée. Située en pleine campagne mais proche de tout en voiture, cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis. Dominique, l’hôte, est disponible et réponds rapidement aux messages. Petit plus : Le gardien est présent sur place, il peut répondre à vos questions si besoin.

Une maison très confortable nichée dans la nature

On peut se rendre à la plage depuis la maison en moins d'1/2H, se balader le long du canal du Midi, profiter du grand jardin, de la piscine et de la grande table sous les platanes, jouer au ping-pong ou aux boules, visiter de jolis villages aux environs (Pézenas par exemple)

Wonderful Oasis

The property is quietly located near the sea and is a perfect respite for those wishing to enjoy the solitude of the French countryside. The pool was wonderfully kept and the added bonus of table tennis and bocce ball was the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay at this location again. Our kudos to David and Dominique for being such wonderful hosts.

Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder) hatten in dem Landhaus mit viel Charme eine sehr schöne Zeit. Garten und Pool wurden täglich gereinigt, dadurch waren sie sehr gepflegt. Im Haus waren bei unserer Ankunft die Küche, Bäder und WC’s ordentlich und sauber. Die Böden jedoch nicht gewischt. Das Haus hat auf Grund seines Alters einen wunderbaren Charme aber auch etwas Instandhaltungsbedarf. Lage und Umgebung traumhaft und idyllisch, perfekt für Ausflüge an die Strände, zu den kleinen Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Tranquilité en proximité du canal du midi et de la mer

Propriété réservée pour un rassemblement "parents-enfants-petits enfants" en octobre. Maison calme avec de l'espace pour jouer à la pétanque, au ballon, profiter de la balançoire, des tables extérieures sous les platanes... La grande salle à manger a permis d'installer les enfants sur les tapis pour jouer, le bébé dans son parc, tout en mangeant sur la grande table.... A l'étage, trois salles d'eau sont appréciées pour les cinq chambres. Maison où l'on se sent bien, avec un passé viticole raconté par le gardien qui accueille le locataire.

Just returned from this property having had a very enjoyable time with family of all ages. The property is old but well appointed and had everything we needed. The grounds are extensive and the pool excellent.

très beau domaine

le domaine est calme et très agréable , à deux pas des campings et de parcs d'attractions... on serait tenté de ne pas en sortir tant on s'y sent bien. la maison est grande et est bien équipée ( vaisselles, plats, chaises, barbecue ) pour recevoir du monde. l'intérieur est rustique mais conforme avec l'esprit général. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Super séjour en grand groupe !

Quel agréable séjour ! Le lieu était champêtre et pittoresque tout en étant à une proximité inégalée des commodités (autoroutes, grandes surfaces, fête foraine et station balnéaire). Il a réjouit les plus petits (enfants allant de 9 mois à 4 ans ) grâce notament à sa grande piscine et son accès sécurisé et aussi les plus grands (nous étions 8 adultes) . Chaque couple disposait de sa chambre , certains avaient la chance d'avoir les sanitaires dans leur chambre et tout était pensé pour le confort des plus petits (chaise enfant, lit bébé, jeux…). Le mas est tenu par Olivier qui nous a soigné aux petits oignons (arrosage des plantes, entretien quotidien de la piscine, une disponibilité hors du commun lorsque que nous avions besoin de lui, …) Bref nous avons été conquis ! A recommander d’urgence . Un pur moment d’évasion qui nous a fait à tous le plus grands bien !

Tout le monde a adoré la maison ! Les petits, les grands. Nous avons profité au maximum de l’extérieur en faisant de grandes ballades sur le domaine. On aurait aimé plus mais personne ne maîtrise la météo. Certains se sont toutefois jetés à l’eau. Bref on recommande !

Bon séjour dans cette maison de campagne à Vias. Maison très agréable où rien ne manque, parfait pour le repos, le calme et l'espace. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour familial dans ce lieu. La piscine n'était pas terminée mais cela ne saurait tarder, il faisait de toute façon un peu frais ...

Charmante demeure

Nous sommes partis entre amis pour partager un long week-end et nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons pu profiter au maximum de l'extérieur (grande table, plancha...), tout est fait pour accueillir un groupe d'une douzaine de personnes tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La maison est pleine de charme au milieu de d'arbres et de verdure, une tranquillité assurée malgré la proximité de la plage, des commerces et du canal du midi.
