Two Bedroom Condo 5 Minutes from Campus
Spacious two bedroom condo/townhome with fully stocked kitchen, dining room, enclosed outdoor patio and living room. I keep it immaculately clean and disinfect between guests. Additionally there is a laundry facility. Due to the City of Lawrence restrictions our home is only available for 30+ days bookings because the City recently outlawed short term rentals.
There is high speed Wi-Fi, a large flat screen television (which uses Sling). A full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.
There is a sofa-sleeper in the living room (as you can see from the pictures.
There are three parking spots that accompany the unit also.

We converted this condo to a vacation rental because when we travel we like to use these type of accommodations. Hopefully, we have thought of everything to make a person feel like this is their home.
Why they chose this property
The city of Lawrence is a college town and generally very safe. This Condo is located in a small section of town homes that is safe, close to the University but also close for shopping and dining. You can walk to the local grocery store from the Condo.
What makes this property unique
We are somewhat foodies, so we have a lot of spices and kitchenware for you to use. The beds are very comfy and nice with high quality linens. We set this condo up in the manner we would want if we were traveling.
