Renting a nice holiday apartment by the week, the cocooning is a perfect T2 for a couple or two friends, including 1 living room kitchen. Shower room with washbasin and walk-in shower; separate toilet. Renovated apartment in 2016 located in the medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas in a very quiet dead end with private parking. South facing terrace with privatized pergola, table and chairs, 2 loungers for relaxation, sea view on the island of Levant, close to all shops and 5 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Var. bedroom with a double bed and 140 pillows, wardrobe storage, 1 living room with a fixed bed of 90 for a third person child mini 12 years. + 30 € cleaning.

Mon séjour chez Estelle et Pierre jean.

C'est un séjour plus que parfait, le lieu dont je rêvais dans le village de Bormes les mimosas, et je ne pouvais tomber mieux que sur des hôtes dont je n'oublierai pas l'extrême courtoisie. J'ai tellement hâte d"y retourner. Merci à eux pour leur présence discrète mais authentique. Chantal

Bormes les Mimosas - Eine Reise wert.

Dieser sehr spezielle und mehrfach ausgezeichnete Ort ist eine Reise wert. Sehr sehenswert. Leider waren wir scheinbar 1-2 Wochen zu spät. Es wurde während unserer Zeit ruhiger und fast alles machte zu. Erstaunlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber aber sehr einfach und mit großen Fahrzeugen nicht erreichbar. Man musste 5-10 Minuten gehen. Alle Gassen sind sehr eng. Dafür gab es einen sehr schönen seitlichen Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand in Le Lavandou waren es 10-15 Minuten. Kostenfreies Parken inklusive. Nette, jedoch nur französisch sprechende Vermieter. Alles in allem, entspannt, ruhig, zentral, sympathisch.

Gute Lage, aber kein Meerblick für die Gäste

Apartment leider ohne Klimaanlage u. kaum zu lüften mit 1 Fenster u. 1 Türe nebeneinander. Der Parkplatz war nur sehr sportlich über eine sehr steile Rampe zu erreichen, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Das Apartment mit der gemeinsamen Terrasse der Vermieter war hinter einem geschlossenen Tor ohne Schild schwer zu finden. Beim Empfang wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass nur ein bestimmter Bereich der Terrasse von uns genutzt werden darf, ohne Meerblick. Nur der eigene Bereich der Vermieter hat den Blick auf das Meer wie das Bild zeigt.

Appartement très bien aménagé avec une belle décoration, bonne literie, dans un quartier très calme. Et surtout des propriétaires super sympa. Le petit plus, la douche extérieure très pratique.

Époustouflant

Époustouflant, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, l'endroit est séduisant, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle l'appartement trop mignon et bien agencé, il y a beaucoup de rangement. Les propriétaires sont très amicaux et suite à leurs précieux conseils nous avons fait des balades terribles. Bref 3 semaines de pur bonheur.

Ottimo soggiorno in casa piacevole e funzionale

La casa è posta nel vecchio borgo di Bormes-les-Mimosas e gode di un bel panorama dalla terrazza. Particolare importante: il proprieterio mette a disposizione un posto per parcheggiare l'auto il che è molto importante perché parcheggiare a Bormes non è semplice trattandosi di un vecchio borgo dalle viuzze strette comprese quelle transitabili con l'auto e dove gli spazi per il posteggio valgono oro. La casa: è un monolocale molto funzionale composto di una zona notte (letto alla francese con ottimo materasso) e di una zona cucina molto ben fornita, nella quale si può usufruire di un buon spazio lavoro per cucinare. Dispone di un capace armadio, di cassettoni e di molti altri spazi per mettere con assoluto agio le proprie cose, dagli abiti ai libri ad accessori che avevamo portato con noi (e vi assicuro che i nostri bagagli non erano propriamente scarsi): la preoccupazione che avevamo, trattandosi di un monolocale, che fosse difficile sistemare tutte le nostre cose si è quindi rivelata infondata. Vi è poi un bagno alla francese con la tradizionale divisione zona doccia da zone water: comodo, la doccia è spaziosa. Volendo si può usufuire anche di una doccia esterna situata sul terrazzo e con acqua calda e, siccome la cosa ci rimane simpatica oltre che funzionale, ne abbiamo usufruito spesso. Il terrazzo è molto spazioso ed è idealmente diviso in due parti, una delle quali a disposizione dei proprietari. Vi si può fare colazione pranzo e cena godendo di un bel panorama che si affaccia sulle colline circostanti e arriva fino al mare. Infine i proprietari assolutamente gentili e squisiti e disposti a dare consigli e assistere in caso di necessità. In conclusione: assolutamente consigliabile per una coppia o max per tre persone (esiste anche un letto aggiuntivo).
