Ottimo appartamento
Consiglio queso appartamento. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve per viverci. Un ambiente “caldo” con bei mobili e interessanti complementi di arredo. Arredato con gusto. La posizione é ottima. Non una di quelle anonime case vacanza. A due passi dal centro storico di Antibes e dal capo. A 5 minuti un grande parcheggio gratuito.

Accueil chaleureux de Patricia. Appartement très confortable, et idéalement situé en bord de mer, à la frontière de la vielle ville et des plages. Tout est accessible à pied. Et le soleil était présent. Excellent séjour en dehors du tourisme de masse.

Posizione ottima pulizia molto scarsa
La posizione dell'appartamento è top per le spiagge e per il centro. Le foto corrispondono ma, la pulizia è davvero scarsa abbiamo trovato ragnatele inoltre la carta da parati ovunque anche in bagno dava ancora di più la sensazione di sporco. Per il resto non c'è nulla da segnalare la signora Patricia è molto gentile

Große geschmackvolle Stadtwohnung
Die Wohnung liegt am Meer und sehr zentral. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Vieles (Restaurants, Cafés, Bäcker...) ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das Restaurant „Chez Mo“. Dort gibt es mittags und abends ein Menü für 38,-€ (inkl. Wein oder Bier). Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zu empfehlen! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus bzw. in der Straße der Wohnung sind rar. Wir haben im Umkreis aber immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus). Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (inkl. Klimaanlage). Es gibt sogar Strandmatten und einen Sonnenschirm. Der Balkon ist schmal, bietet für zwei Personen zum Sitzen gerade so Platz, hat aber seitlichen Meerblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und prompt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Summer holiday in Antibes
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is excellent - very close to Plage du Ponteil but still an easy walk to the old city and to the train station (about 15 minutes). The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of room to put away clothes. It has a nice layout and well-insulated walls, so for example from the bedroom you don't really hear someone making coffee if the kitchen door is closed. Thank you to Patricia for making our stay so pleasant! Communication with her was easy and she was very extremely responsive when we had a few smaller problems, which she was able to solve. The balcony is very narrow, though, and the bathroom was not unhygienic but not particularly clean upon our arrival. Nevertheless we would be happy to rent this apartment again!

Perfekte Lokation für Strand und Altstadtnähe
wir waren zum 2ten Mal in der Wohnung. Lage ist für uns perfekt: nahe zum Strand, und nur ca 10 Gehminuten zum Trubel in der Altstadt, wenn man mal Menschenmengen braucht ;-)

Super Lage direkt am Meer
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es hat einen Lift, der ist allerdings sehr klein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen! Negativ: Das Bad hätte etwas besser geputzt werden. Es war zwar sauber aber nicht entkalkt.

Ein Traum
Die Lage war für uns perfekt: 1 min zum Strand, 5 min zum alten Antibes, keine direkte Party-Meile um uns herum (Ruhe)! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt, Wohnung ist per Lift erreichbar. Übergabe nett und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Hundefreundlicher Vermieter! - gerne immer wieder
