Casa Stefano n. 1 - spectacular lake view - parking - free WIFI

A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 1st floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 184) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, (one of which has a wonderful view to the lake) and the possibility of adding a cot bed.

The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

The long balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.

Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace, with a characteristic olive tree that "crosses" it. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.

A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.

There is also a large private parking for your use!

The apartment is also offering FREE WIFI connection!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Alles sehr sauber, alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war super nett und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Auch fanden wir die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Gleich am See und auch nur 10 min. Zu Fuß im das Örtchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee.Die Aussenanlage ist sehr sauber.Nur die Anfahrt zum Appartement ist sehr steil Barbara die Vermieterin isteine sehr nette und freundliche Person. Fahren auf jedenfall noch mal dahin

Toller Urlaub!
Alles Bestens! Wie beschrieben! Schöne Aussicht, sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Lediglich die nahegelegenen Hauptstraße durch den Ort wird nachts auch gerne mal als Rennstrecke durch verschiedenste Fahrzeuge genutzt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und super nette Vermieterin Die Lage zum Strand, der allerdings sehr klein ist, sind ca. 200m aber einen steilen Berg runter. Ein etwas größerer Strand mit Beachbar ist ca. 1200m entfernt. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Haarföhn und Backofen sind nicht vorhanden, der Rest ist da. Auf Wunsch gegen Bezahlung Klimaanlage in allen bewohnten Räumen. Großer Parkplatz, privat hinter abgeschlossenem Tor. Auto steht so super sicher. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Aussicht
Die Aussicht, die Lage war einfach wunderbar. Barbara, die Vermieterin sehr sehr nett. Nur das Wetter ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Trotzdem haben wir viel Schönes erlebt. Torri ist ein kleiner, sehr schöner Ort, der fußläufig in einer guten viertel Stunde erreichbar ist. Die Bushaltestelle Pontirola ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Alles in allem eine Super Wohnung mit 1 Balkon und einer kleinen Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin Barbara ist sehr herzlich und kann jederzeit vor Ort sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in 2 Reihe. Ein Stellplatz war ebenfalls auf dem abgeschlossenem Gelände vorhanden. Zu Fuß erreicht man Torri in gemütlichen 30min. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Alles perfekt!!!
Barbara ist eine exzellente, super sympathische Gastgeberin, deren Herz für Ihre Gäste schlägt und die immer erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet, qualitativ in einem sehr guten Zustand und lässt an keinem Detail fehlen. Für die heißen Tage gibt es Ventilatoren. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf den See, Zugang zum Wasser in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen! Und Torri del Benaco ist ein traumhaftes Städchen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Der nächste Ort ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Barbara ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Vermieterin. Sie ist um das Wohl der Gäste sehr bemüht und stand für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Gepflegte Fewo mit tollem Seeblick
Die gebuchte Fewo Nr.1 ist sauber, gepflegt und nett eingerichtet, es ist (fast) alles vorhanden. Zum Saisonende gab es Lücken im Geschirrbestand ( z.B. nur 2 Tassen), neue Pfannen ohne sich lösende Beschichtung wären auch gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist günstig, zur Ortsmitte mit Einkauf läuft man 20-22 Minuten (nicht 10, wie hier teilweise stand), zum Strand (=Straße) sind es 50 m (20 Höhenmeter). Das reicht leider nicht, um den Straßenlärm zu überhören, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Auf der Gardesana ist zwischen 6 und 22 Uhr immer Betrieb (wir kommen aus einer Großstadt und sind an Verkehrslärm gewöhnt). Sofern man tagsüber unterwegs ist , kein Problem. Ruhiger schläft man in jedem Fall in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, dann entfällt aber der tolle Ausblick vom Bett auf den See. Die Vermieterin Barbara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auf Wunsch haben eine zweite Sonnenliege erhalten, auch die defekte TV-Fernbedienung wurde prompt ausgetauscht. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte gepflegte Fewo, die mit persönlicher Betreuung einen unbeschwerten Urlaub verspricht.

Die Bilder sprechen für sich - ein Traum am Gardasee!
Es ist alles genau so wunderschön, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Selbst in der Hochsaison ist der Verkehr nachts kaum zu hören und auch tagsüber für uns absolut erträglich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es sind 1,50 m Kleiderschränke in jedem Schlafzimmer - also ausreichend Platz für viel Kleidung. Ebenso im Bad - es gibt genügend Platz und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert - wir werden gerne wieder kommen... :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in Torri. Die Vermieterin, Barbara, ist eine sehr nette, junge Frau, die bei Problemen sofort reagiert hat. Wir haben die Tage in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit innerhalb des Hauses.

Ein super Blick auf den Gardasee
Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist fantastisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Problemen. Negativ ist die hellhörigkeit im Haus. Man hört viele Geräusche von den Nachbarn. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind da. Aber für die Küche ist nichts da. Keine Küchentücher, kein Spülmittel, keine Gewürze, und keine Reiniger. Das W-Lan ist Top. Und das Auto kann im Schatten geparkt werden.

Schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und der Ausblick vom Balkon über den See ist einfach nur schön. Barbara ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch jederzeit erreichbar ist. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastic views, safe car park, great host, perfect quiet location
Loved our baby moon stay just what we needed. Lovely lake stroll to the town. Car park really safe. The host is lovely and is at the apartment grounds most days and only a phone call away. Really spacious apartment both bedrooms really good size. We would love to return. When visiting the lake would recommend Malcesine for the cable car to the top of the mountain and also a boat trip from there over to Limone. Also recommend a visit to Sirmione very posh and quite different to the other towns. Not much to do up the north of lake Garda but if your wanting to do watersports it looks like the place to be but it’s worth a visit to the waterfalls and caves seen nothing like it.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Balkon und Terrasse ermöglichen Aufenthalt in der Sonne oder im Schatten - wie man es braucht. Wir fahren seit mehreren Jahren im Sommer dort hin und sind sehr zufrieden.

Super Lage mit hervorragendem Blick auf den See
Tolle Ferienwohnung! Für 4 Personen ausgezeichnet mit Balkon und einer Terrasse und super Blick. Zum See waren es nur wenige Meter. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Barbara und auch ihre Eltern haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und nützliche Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl der Norden als auch der Süden sind relativ schnell zu erreichen. Volle Straßen in der Hochsaison muss man in Kauf nehmen, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man an den Gardasee fährt. Auch die Westseite ist gut mit der Fähre von Torri del Benaco zu erreichen. Alles in allem - es war ein super Urlaub. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung.
