About this property

Spacious chalet, sleeps 14/16 with games room

A 60 M2 games room (see photos) which is common for three chalets but it is a separate room. Nearby, a free shuttle runs permanently between 8:30 am and 6:15 pm and provides access to the Center Station in 5 minutes. The area is flat and very quiet although being very close to the first ski lift. Summer and winter, vehicles come in front of the chalet. It is located at a place called "pramouton.

Everything is possible: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, skating rink, climbing on via ferrata, sailing and wind surfing at 15 km, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, mountain and high mountain hikes (La Barre des Ecrins 4103m is 50km away).

In the vicinity, the swimming pool of the resort of Orres (50 M), with a view of our beautiful mountains. The location of the chalet has a view of the valley in the heart of the mountains. We are also 15km from EMBRUN with its lake at the grassy beaches.
Chalet Cristal can accommodate disabled people.

Chalet spacieux et confortable

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans le grand chalet de Ludovic. Super accueil par Monique, très disponible en cas de besoin. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

La salle de jeux est commune à 3 logements mais cela permet de persévérer le calme dans le chalet.Le chalet est spacieux propre et le propriétaire est très sympa. Un super restau à 100m, location, navette … chalet au calme belle vue je recommande

Pas plus pas moins

Le chalet a un joli potentiel mais il n’est pas bien entretenu. Il manque énormément de vaisselle , pas de rallonge, tout était très sale , vaisselle, douches, chambres ( assiettes sales, miettes, moisissures de douches , poils , poussière ..) avec enfant et bébé , c’est pas correcte. Nous ne nous attendions pas à devoir faire le ménage en rentrant dans le chalet. La salle de jeu est une salle commune avec d’autres chalets ( oublié d’être mentionné dans le descriptif) . Pas très grave mais bon à savoir. Une très mauvaise connexion réseau 3 et 4 G , pour les téméraires qui ont besoin de travailler il n’y a pas de wifi. A la question : avez vous le Wifi au chalet ? Nous avons eu comme réponse: bien sûr le wifi de la station. Evidement le chalet est à 2km de la station donc aucun wifi disponible. Voilà une autre petite économie de plus. La propriétaire n’est pas très agréable , et plutôt pressante sur notre départ. Elle nous a quand même trouvé une paire de drap manquante et nous la remercions pour ça. Le chalet a une super localisation, très facile d’accès, même avec des enfants pour l’école de ski, les navettes de la station sont très efficace.

Le chalet est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très confortable, l'accueil est parfait, nous étions 11 avec 3 ados et 4 enfants entre 2 et 6 ans, propre et très bien chauffé, nous reviendrons!
