Perfect holiday getaway for families - 800m from the beach

Beautiful holiday house in a quiet neighborhood of Biscarrosse Plage. 5min by foot to most amenities (food market everyday in July-August) and 10min to the beach and surf. 140m2 make it ideal for multiple families with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 50m2 of common living space. Large garden, a heated swimming pool and a garage make the offer unique. You can reach the lake by car in 5min, La Dune du Pyla in 15min and le Bassin d'Arcachon in 20min. Bordeaux, the airport and wineyards are 1h away.

Ideal location: your car will stay parked throughout your holidays! Everything is accessible by foot or bicycle: food market (in summer), beach, bars, restaurants, Casino, parks, football pitch, skate park. Bisc'Aventure is also located 5min by foot and is an exciting Treetop adventure course for the whole family.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and your kids will be able to enter in and out the property without you worrying about it. The garden is about 1000m2 big to make you feel comfortable and the pool is secluded enough so that nobody can see you enjoying it.

The lake can be reached by car in 5min and is a perfect setting to have a change from the ocean: shallow beaches with no current streams, setting with bars and restaurants and AquaPark which is a set of inflatable structures directly on the lake for a lot of fun!

Everything is available for you to enjoy your home away from home: bed sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furnitures, Wifi, barbecue, darts.

All rooms have the A/C and the pool is heated.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in den schönen Haus von Florian. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einen Wohngebiet, aber man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand.

Un grand merci Florian pour la communication qui a été parfaite ! Un grand merci à votre papa pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux ! La maison est exactement comme sur les photos. Nous avons toutes et tous passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est suffisamment grande pour que nous ne soyons pas les uns sur les autres - nous étions 10. La literie est fabuleuse ! tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cette maison qui est un cocon où l'on se ressource et que l'on a clairement pas envie de quitter .... A bientôt !

Perfekter Sommerurlaub 2020

Wir haben dieses Haus mit 2 Familien und 3 erwachsenen Kindern im August 2020 besucht und haben diese zwei Wochen in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus, mit vielen liebevollen und stylischen Details, sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Lage mit grosszügigen Gärten und damit mit genügend Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in knapp 10 min zu erreichen. Die Küche ist mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht und darüber hinaus, ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Töpfe.. etc. Die eigene Musik von spotify u.a. kann man auf dem Sono-Lautsprecher im Wohnzimmer geniessen. Der beheizte Pool war sauber - auch Dank der Abdeckung über Nacht - und wurde aber regelmässig vom Besitzer überprüft und evtl gereinigt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben grosse Einbauschränke mit genügend Stauraum. Da es 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten gibt, wäre für ein drittes Paar ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Toilette von Vorteil. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor Reisebeginn bzw. während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit möglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Villa agréable. Un effort doit être fait au niveau de la propreté

Dommage pas d'éclairage autour de la piscine et à l'ombre vers 15h. Lors de la réservation il n'est pas mentionné que les serviettes ne sont pas fournies en raison du covid et qu'il n'y a pas d'accès au garage. Pas de réduction appliquée pour ces prestations non honorées

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es liegt wunderschön in Biscarrosse Plage und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat jederzeit hervorragend geklappt. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Maison superbe, environnement calme

La maison est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de gout et très bien équipée. En cuisine vous aurez tous les ustensiles et plats nécessaires pour les personnes qui aiment cuisiner (plat à tarte, balance, presse agrumes etc...). Le barbecue est de bonne facture et permet de se régaler même avec une plancha de poisson ! La maison est lumineuse et l’environnement très calme, sous les pins. Plusieurs stores permettent de se protéger du soleil, ainsi que le beau jardin arboré. La literie est neuve, très ferme. Ca a été avec beaucoup de plaisir de pouvoir se baigner en mai dans la piscine chauffée. L'abri permet de sécuriser totalement la piscine pour les enfants en bas âge. Dans le cas où comme nous vous souhaitez sécuriser la piscine après chaque baignade, la fermeture peut prendre un peu de temps. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et nous vous en remercions. Biscarosse est une ville très sympa avec de belles plages. Nous y avons passés de très belles vacances. Merci à Florian et sa famille !
