About this property
Klamath Falls Forest Estate's hidden treasure
Custom craftsman home nestled in the woods. 10 fenced acres with riding trails for ATV’s or horses plus BLM and forest land in close vicinity for ample nature exploration or hunting. Find the hidden ponds/springs and herd of wild horses in our neighborhood! You will likely see deer daily in our yard and even antelope when driving the mile in from the highway on the maintained gravel road.
Barn and separate fenced corral can fit 2 horses. Dog kennel and igloo for outdoor dogs. Non-refundable Pet deposit required for indoor dogs.
Backyard play structure, hammocks, horseshoe pits, fire pit, BBQ/smoker and picnic table. Plenty of flat areas for tents if you’d like to camp outside plus 3 bed/2 bath and loft provides additional indoor sleeping spaces (up to 11). Huge upstairs recreation room with projector, darts, game table and bar. Upstairs couches also recline and are comfortable to sleep on if additional sleeping spaces are needed. Great place for a family reunion! Plenty of parking. Huge kitchen with all utensils, spices etc.
A short road trip to Crater Lake, Lake of the Woods, Zipline, Umpqua Hot Springs and Waterfalls/trails. Great fishing spots along the nearby Sprague River, as well as Lofton and Gerber reservoirs.
You won’t see or hear any neighbors here (except from the driveway you can see the nearest neighbors barn).
Forrage for wild mushrooms, celery, onions, miners lettuce, herbs and berries while listening to the birds on this serene property. There are also blueberries, raspberries, gogi, cherries, apples and other fruit trees you are welcome to pick from while visiting.
If winter wonderland is what you are looking for; we have several sizes of adult and children snow clothes and boots/gloves, sleds etc that can be used while you stay. Two fireplaces with plenty of wood on hand plus kerosene and propane heaters. Tree tags are $5 and you can cut your own tree on BLM land nearby (or if you prefer, we can have a tree pre-set and decorated).
There is also a ski lift and hot springs nearby in Lakeview that is inexpensive and perfect for learning to ski or snowboard! (Some equipment available to use as well)
