This 5 bedroom/5 bathroom property is one of three of the Summer Roses triplex, which shares a pool and two beach accesses. Check out the other two listings or inquire about renting the whole triplex. Unit C #1638442 and Unit D #1638509.
Enjoy features such as private beach access, wonderful ocean views, a total of 6 TVs all with YouTubeTV, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower, & much more. Additionally, the unit comes equipped with a quaint bonus room on the first floor with a bunk bed for added sleeping!
The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional surcharge of $100 per night.
Your safety is important to us. We've partnered with Natural Sanitizing Solutions to professionally disinfect the interior of this property prior to guest occupancy.
**Absolutely no smoking allowed.**
There is a $600 cleaning fee. Rent included bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 20.
For 2020, all new bedding, including pillows, pillow covers, mattress covers, and comforters!
