Eine große Enttäuschung
Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: In allen Räumen war Schimmel. In einem Schlafzimmer löste sich deshalb sogar die Farbe bzw. der Putz von der Wand. Der Geruch war in der ganzen Wohnung deutlich wahrnehmbar. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Ameisenstraße bis in die Dusche. Auch auf der Terrasse wimmelte es von Ameisen. Deswegen war dort auch schon überall Backpulver verteilt, was aber offensichtlich wenig nützte. Nirgends gab es Mülleimer. Uns wurde auch nicht gesagt, wo und wie wir unseren Müll hätten entsorgen können. Die Tür zur Duschabtrennung ließ sich schwer schließen und öffnen und hakte sich auch aus. Die Möbel waren teilweise in schlechtem Zustand: Bei einer Kommode (in der es auch nach Schimmel roch) ließen sich die Schubladen nicht oder nur schlecht benutzen. Küchenschranktüren waren schief montiert. Im Küchenschrank unter der Spüle roch es unerträglich nach Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage hatte eine defekte Regelung. Der WLAN-Empfang war nicht stabil. Es handelte sich um ein Empfangsteil mit Mobilfunkanbindung. Der Empfang in der Souterrain-Wohnung war offensichtlich zu schlecht dafür. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Wir haben es dort nur eine Nacht ausgehalten. Auf die versprochene Teilentschädigung warten wir schon seit einem Monat trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung. Mittlerweile habe ich bei einem anderen Portal Bewertungen gefunden, die zeigen, dass das Feuchtigkeitsproblem schon länger existiert.

Great holiday
Very spacious apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Big pool, lovely garden. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Beaches nearby, we had a car and went to a different one each day! The area is very beautiful. Would recommend
