Coastal Cottage is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to make the best beach memories together. Spacious and beautifully decorated, this home has a private yard with a patio and gas grill, and is a great place to host a family barbecue. The well-equipped full kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops, and everything you might need to prepare your favorite meals. Gather in the spacious living area with new leather, reclining furniture, and a 70-inch TV. With five cable-equipped TVs in total throughout the home, you'll never be lacking in entertainment options. You and your guests may also enjoy Maravilla’s new pickleball and tennis courts, as well as shuffleboard and the two swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter.

Coastal Cottage is a stand-alone home located within the gated Maravilla Beach Resort. Maravilla’s private beach access is just a short walk away. Be sure to rent some beach chairs from the beach attendant for comfortable lounging in the sand! If you’re looking to dine out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, with several offering beachside dining. Shop at any of the many stores of the Silver Sands outlet mall and the Destin Commons shopping center, or find that perfect beach souvenir at a local beach shop.

Things to Know

*Please note that the beach access ramp located next to the property will be temporarily unavailable from April 1 to April 30, 2025, due to a scheduled redesign project. Alternative beach access is available at the Avalon Ramp (open access) or the Beach Retreat Ramp (gate code: 1524). Signage will be provided at the existing gate to guide you. This project will result in a more accessible and convenient beach entry for all Maravilla guests. Thank you for your cooperation.*

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
