About the host
Hosted by Kat Murphy

I'm a public school art and design educator. In 2006 I was lucky enough to land the job of my dreams on the Leelanau Pennisula, "Land of Delights". I am a hobby triathlete and distance runner. Renting our house allows us to share the beauty of the area with others and funds our next Ironman.
Why they chose this property
We have added unique custom character as we have renovated (bit by bit) our cottage. Full of natural light and warm wood our goal is to bring the beauty of the environment into our home.
What makes this property unique
Our favorite spot in the house is the deck off the master suite, accessed by 2 six foot french doors. From the master suite the sound of the waves on the bay lull one to sleep.
