Studio of around 40 m2, with separate entrance, located upstairs at the end of the house.
Located between Caen and Bayeux, near Villers-Bocage, quiet, in the middle of fields in the countryside.
Completely new, the apartment can accommodate four people thanks to two convertible sofas.
Bathroom with walk-in shower with WC.
A small balcony and also the possibility of enjoying part of the owner's garden, without seeing it.
Access to the motorway at 1km on the Caen-Rennes axis.
Apartment located about twenty minutes from Caen: Caen memorial, famous men's abbey with William the Conqueror.
Also located about fifteen minutes from Bayeux known for its cathedral, its famous tapestry, its Saturday morning market.
The landing beaches are not far either.
Possibility of cleaning (20 euros).
Bed linen is provided. Towels not provided.
Neither WiFi nor TV, by choice.
