Our Suite is a street level facility just across the street from Okanagan Lake with awesome views and great amenities, boasting 3 bedrooms with the possibility of accommodating 6-8 people.

The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped for any family needs.
The open concept with great fenestration will make you appreciate the great views of Okanagan Lake.

The west facing outdoor patio which includes a natural gas BBQ and outdoor patio furniture is just a stone throw away from the beach. . Enjoy great evening diners while watching the sunset on the lake.
Being so close proximity to the lake will surely make swimming, fishing, boating or any other favourite activities part of your daily routine.

A 6 km walking trail passes in from of the suite, which will bring you to the local boat launch or to the local coffee shop, where you can enjoy great coffee while enjoying the quietness of the lake.

An attached garage is available to store any water sport/outdoors equipment.

If wine is on the agenda after a great day spent on the lake, we have 3 renowned wineries (Grey Monk, Ex Nihilo and 50th parallel) just minutes away from our location.

This location is simply fabulous. It is the ideal retreat for anyone who enjoys great outdoors, awesome family entertainment or simply a quiet peaceful piece of paradise.

Beautiful spot

Joel's property is perfectly located to enjoy Lake Country. Easy access to the lake, a boat launch, a water front walking path, plus easy drives to all service needs in either Kelowna or Vernon. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially sipping wine on the porch after the sun set behind the hill. The accommodations were great, 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Especially appreciated being dog friendly. Joel is easy to communicate with and was a great host. Highly recommend this place.

Summer Retreat

Amazing rental! Everything was fabulous... the location to boat launch, wineries, grocery stores, beach, pathway/dog trail! The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated! Lots of room for 4 of us! So AMAZING to be able to have our dog with us too! Joel was super friendly and very helpful any time we needed anything! Lake was fantastic and beach right across road was perfect! Looking forward to returning next summer!

Spacious, comfortable basement suite very close to the lake

This suite is very comfortable and classy. It is in a great location and has good parking. There is a neighboring home that has a sewer issue so there is a foul smell every time they flush, which is quite unpleasant. Joel had great communication with check-in. The suite is very spacious and clean. It has laundry machines and ironing supplies. It was a great place to have family dinners and BBQs. I would definitely recommend this suite!

A Great Stay!

Excellent location. Felt like we were close to everything we wanted to enjoy and the ability to walk across the road to the lake was a huge bonus. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Suite was large enough for our family of four to stretch out and enjoy. Thanks for a great week.

Sladek Return visit

Back for our second time and Joel's place was just as wonderful as the first holiday! We love this area so much .. something for everyone ... "retired" adults, young adults and even dogs! So close to wineries, lake amazing, trail along lake edge perfect for dog walks, boat launch 5min walk and 10 minute drive into town that has everything you could ever need! Joel is an AMAZING host and if there was anything we needed he was quick to respond. His place is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of space and room for all of us! Look forward to returning another year! This is for sure one of our favourites!

Great Summer vacation

Location location location

This is our second year renting Joel’s place. It right across from the lake in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood surrounded by vineyards and cafes and gelato down the street, great walking trails and beautiful places to cycle. The front porch is the perfect place to curl up with a book and watch the world go by. The suite is beautiful and has everything you need. Joel is very attentive and is always available to answer any questions. We can’t wait to come back again!!!

Great adult vacation venue

The house, location, boat launch are great. Being able to use Joel’s bouy and leave the boat in the water the whole time is awesome. The suite is not air conditioned which isn’t normally a problem but with the smoke this year we weren’t always able to open the windows during the cool part of the day. Excellent location right across the street from the lake. The beach is very rocky so it is not kid friendly. The wineries are all very close and the tastings are a lot of fun. Joel, the host, was excellent, accommodating, helpful. We hope to go back soon.

A Bientôt!

We had a most wonderful stay and Joel was an excellent and thoughtful host. It was the beginning of a heat wave, but the lake was steps away and we took full advantage paddle boarding and swimming to cool off. The veranda was where we spent every evening sipping wine, enjoying our dinner and relaxing with our dog. It all went by so fast and we look forward to returning soon. Thanks for everything Joel! Joel’s place

We had a great time, and Joel is a wonderful host. The place is spacious and cool ( which was very important as we were there in the heat wave ). Paddle board and kayaks were really nice and so was the deck and bbq.. Plenty of room for a family of four.

Amazing holiday

A slice of paradise

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our family of five. The suite was very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Joel was a fabulous host attending to all our needs and answering any question right away. He was very generous in letting us use his kayaks and paddle boards and a huge floatie that you could lie on all day long!! The location is spectacular for cycling and hiking and stunning vineyards. We are already planning our return.

Spacious and quiet

Just a perfect place to feel relaxed and rested. It was outfitted well and had a great kitchen to cook, a large covered deck to eat a meal and the lake right across the road.
