3BR/2BA Waterfront Condo | Large Balcony with Gorgeous Views | Boat Docks
Welcome to Sundown C21!
Bringing a Boat? Registration Fees of $40 daily Apply.
Our 3BR / 2BA condo is located in quiet Perdido Key and away from the crowds.
We are directly across the street from the beach and have a private beach boardwalk with The Crab Trap Restaurant next door.
Our condos are waterfront to Ole River where you can dock your boat, enjoy fishing and crabbing.
In the Master bedroom is a comfortable King size bed. The Master bath has a step in shower.
The 2nd bedroom also has a King size bed.
The 3rd bedroom has bunks with a double on bottom and a twin on top. It also has a twin size bed.
All bedrooms have cable TV's and we have FREE WIFI.
In the kitchen you find all you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The dining area is nice to gather the family for a meal or take it outside onto the balcony.
Our amenities include:
*A large swimming pool with pool house
*Tennis Court
*Basketball Court
*Boat Slips
*Storage for Boat Trailers
*BBQ grills overlooking Ole River and Ono Island as well as by the pool area
*EASY Onsite check in. No need to use your vacation time traveling to pick up keys.

*24 hour emergency maintenance
*Private boardwalk to the beach
We are a smaller property with only three floors high which allows for much easier parking and access to the unit.
Cable and Free WIFI provided.
