SHELLebrations Condo Unit Located in the South Building – Available for Monthly Rentals!

While our complex is still undergoing construction, the SHELLebrations Condo Unit located in the South Building is ready to welcome guests! Please note, the other two buildings are still undergoing concrete repairs, so some amenities will be unavailable during this time.

The unit will be available for guests starting in May 2025. As the grounds are still being rebuilt, certain amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and beach access, will not be available, and parking will be limited. However, the fitness center is fully equipped with brand-new machines and is open for use. We kindly ask guests to respect all owners, management staff, and contractors and to follow safety guidelines during their stay. We appreciate your patience as the property undergoes these "growing pains" and are confident you'll enjoy your time at SHELLebrations Condo Unit—your perfect tropical retreat.

**Important Note**

Although the condo unit sustained minimal damage thanks to hurricane-strength interior glass sliders, the Creciente Complex is in the process of rebuilding. Our unit in the South Building will be ready to accept guests starting in May 2025. However, please note that some amenities, such as the swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access, will be unavailable during your stay. There may also be limitations on access to complex amenities, and the landscaping project has not yet been scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time.

That said, you'll find public beaches, vibrant restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away, with Santini Plaza directly across the street. The beach trolley also provides convenient access to attractions such as Lovers Key State Park and Margaritaville Beach Resort.
