We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. The house was located in a nice quiet area with deer and rabbits around. Good location close to a few towns which were nice to visit.

Great house in the woods

This is a very nice property in a quiet area just made for relaxing. We were in town for a wedding and needed a "base camp" to work from. Awesome fire pit out back and plenty of space inside for us to enjoy, We will definitely put this property in our favorites list for a return trip!

Receiving entry info was SLOW. All else was a joy to behold. Maybe if the rain was held off, we could have seen deer, but we did see a whole family of turkeys! We will try again when the weather is better.

Perfect home away from home!

This property is everything it says it is and more! Dustie made the entire process so incredibly easy. The home is inviting and comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It's surrounded by beautiful large trees that make you feel like you are completely secluded when you are, in fact, incredibly close to both Port Sanilac and Lexington and their conveniences. We immediately booked a second trip to enjoy the property again. Thank you for being so accommodating and offering this wonderful home!

Perfect little getaway!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect little spot. Had enough space and beds for us 6 girls to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook a full dinner. The fire pit outside was the perfect extra hangout spot. I loved that the beach (which was such a nice, clean, socially distanced beach) was so close to the house. Just a few minutes in the car and you were there :) Dustie was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, but...

Beautiful home and location, but the den that is listed as a sleeping room, it is not private. The doors are made of glass. Also, the master bedroom has decorative window treatments that do not provide privacy. When opened they don't fully cover the windows. We made adjustments to make it work and enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and we found everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry room. I would love to stay here again! 😃
