On the Opal Coast, Near Le Touquet, Charming Cottage located in the seaside resort of Stella Plage, in the heart of the pine forest and close to the sea.
Residential and wooded area, quiet and not overlooked, mature garden, neat contemporary decoration, various nautical and sports activities nearby, beach, golf courses, tennis, cycle path in front of the house, etc .....
The cottage is a new semi-detached single storey construction, very bright comprising:
a living room with wood-burning fireplace and French window with direct access to the south-facing terrace, fully equipped American kitchen with central island for convivial meals, a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
A large paved terrace of around 30m2 will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, wooden garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Enclosed garden, parking space and independent access.

Excellent séjour dans la villa Sherwood

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Le logement est très bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable et au calme. La communication avec Frédéric, le propriétaire, est très facile. Encore merci pour la mise à disposition des vélos qui nous permis de nous rendre à la plage plus facilement !

Gemütlich

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man so braucht. Über Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekocher, Waschmaschine und sogar ein Föhn bis hin zum Grill bietet sie vieles. Sie ist für 4, maximal 5 Leuten konzipiert. Der Vermieter, der übrigens sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, hat eine sehr hilfreiche Mappe zusammengestellt, mit den Wichtigsten Informationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu in der Nähe.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Stella plage mit kilometerlangem Sandstrand und wir durften auch unseren Hund mitbringen! Vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus und der Garten liegen ruhig und trotzdem zentral...10 min Autofahrt zum Strand. Der Vermieter hatte alles gut vorbereitet. Check in und Kommunikation problemlos und sehr freundlich und dann noch herrliches Wetter!

Wunderbares Stückchen Erde

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und der Gastgeber ein sehr netter Typ. Es ist nicht weit weg vom Strand, mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten ca...einkaufen in der Nähe, also, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist das der perfekte Ort mit eingemütlichen Garten im September. Danke nochmal Frederic für ALLES

Excellent séjour

Belle semaine malgré météo mitigée lors de notre arrivée. Gîte conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Équipement complet. Certains espaces sont assez petits (sdb et chambre enfants): à juste titre vu le peu de temps que l'on y passe. Pour compenser, différents placards et rangements ont été pensés de manière à compléter judicieusement ces espaces. En revanche, l'espace séjour cuisine est vaste et très lumineux, de sorte à ce que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Extérieurs arborés et pas de vis à vis. Grande terrasse. Propriétaire disponible et sympa. La plage n'est pas loin et le stationnement gratuit. Pizza et restaurants de qualité à proximité. Idem commerce (grande surface ou produits du terroir selon les goûts). Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr!

Schön eingerichtetes kleines Haus, freundlicher Gastgeber ( hat uns sogar Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt ) 3 super Golfplätze in der Nähe und alles sei es einkaufen oder Stand gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Infomappe für Ausflüge oder Ärzte bei Bedarf war vorhanden, alles so wie man es sich wünscht

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend!

Für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind war das Haus ideal. Wunderbar gelegen, herrliche Terrasse, der nette Vermieter hat uns Fahrräder für Ausflüge kostenlos bereitgestellt. Von Stella Plage aus kann man schnell nach Le Touquet und Berck, aber auch an die Caps und ins schöne St. Valery. Unterm Strich: super!

Cucq/ Stella -plage

Spent a lovely week here while exploring the Cote d'Opale. A relaxing place to come to at the end of the day. With a pleasant south facing garden. A peaceful oasis with amenities just a very short drive away.

Très joli cottage, bien situé

Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, joli petit cottage, avec belle vue sur le jardin et les pins. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir accéder très facilement aux commerces et à toute la côte, et l'entrée facile grâce au portail à ouverture automatique.

Perfect klein vakantiehuisje.

Dit is een perfect klein vanakantiehuisje van een zeer vriendelijke spontane eigenaar geschikt om de omgeving van Stella Plage te ontdekken. Wij hebben heerlijk genoten, overdag lekker op stap en snacht heerlijk slapen met het geluid van een uil die in nabijgelegen bomen blijkt te wonen.

avis d'un vacancier

belle maison bien équipée bien située, le voisin propriétaire est sympa et disponible, seul bémol le BD de France est très passant et le bruit des voitures peut gêner un peu lorsqu'on est dans le jardin, c'est dommage car l'environnement est superbe et très verdoyant, on s'attendrait à plus de calme vu le quartier.

Beau cadre, bien situé

En voisinage direct avec le propriétaire, sympathique et disponible. Maisonnette claire avec vue sur des pins. Proche de beaucoup de centres d'intérêt (Le Touquet, St Valéry, Montreuil, Merlimont...). Il est fort probable que nous y retournerons.
