luxury chalet with concierge service, the flake chalet is located in the town of Briançon 5 min walk to the central street, coffee, tobacco, restaurant, supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the Prorel cable car .The cottage snowflake offers its exposure by breathtaking views of the valley. It is equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room and a master suite with balcony and separate wc on ground floor overlooking a large terrace. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a reading corner and a separate toilet. The basement has a large entrance, a ski room, cloakroom, laundry room and a relaxation room. In the room you can enjoy relaxing spa, shower and toilet, a sauna and a home theater with a 300 cm screen and a 3D projector system and focal (airplay network). Covered parking and access to the cottage plowed automatically.

Great location and views

Laurence and Fabian were very welcoming on arrival, they explained how everything worked, they answered the couple of questions we had during the visit and the villa had everything we could have hoped for and more. It’s probably not for families with little children but ours absolutely loved it and all its little quirks like swimming underwater to see the cinema room - we got some great pics of this :)

Amazing Chalet!

The chalet in Briancon was everything we had imaged and more. We were warmly welcomed by Laurence and Fabrice, the owners and they took us around the house and showed us how to use everything. The location is superb - a 5 minute walk to the restaurants, super market and bakeries. The house is decked out extremely well with a lovely pool, well appointed bedrooms with ensuites, billard table, indoor jacuzzi that faces a large entertainment screen. For the avid cyclists, the house is located at the base of the Col D'Izoard and is riding distance to the Granon, Lauteret and Galibier. We will definitely be returning to this amazing place and highly recommend it to anyone whether it be a family visit or a group of friends.

Chalet super beau, prestations top. Très beau et design, très bien situé (proche du centre de Briançon et de tous commerces ), mais attention pr les enfants en bas âges aucune sécurité ….

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce chalet, qui propose des prestations de qualité ! Il est 100% conforme aux photos. Nous avons pu profiter de tous les équipements promis : piscine et jacuzzi privés, home cinéma, barbecue, fléchettes, système audio centralisé.... Les hôtes ont été réactifs et agréables du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir au chalet Flocon !

Sublime chalet convivial

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille dans ce chalet. Isolé et en même temps à moins de 10 min du centre de Briancon. Joli et charmant, le chalet est aussi très fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et vous mettent à l’aise. Seul hic, nous n’avions qu’une semaine de vacances!

Ett hus som lever upp till förväntningarna

Huset är lika fint som bilderna ger sken av och allt fungerade perfekt för oss. Vi var två familjer på totalt 4 vuxna och 4 barn/tonåringar. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till Briancon (lite backigt bitvis) och nere i Briancon finns även linbanan om man vill åka skidor i Serre Chevalier backarna. Precis vid linbanan kan man hyra skidutrustning och där även lämna av skor och övrigt man ej vill ha med i backen. Efter dagens åk kan man enkelt lämna in utrustningen igen även om man ska ha den dagen efter igen så slipper man ta med den till huset. Vi var där månadsskiftet mars/april och alltså slutet av säsongen så på eftermiddagarna blev backarna lite mjuka och svåråkta. Backarna var trots detta väl värda att besöka jämfört med svenska fjällen. Serre Chevalier är fyra skidsystem där man kan välja köpa liftkort för alla fyra eller för ett specifikt. Vi valde hela och kunde åka i ny backe varje åk. En dags liftkort kostade 48,50 EUR för hela systemet. WiFi, handdukar och sängkläder fanns i huset och ingick i hyran. Städning ingick också. Tvättmaskin/torktumlare samt pjäxtork/skotork fanns också. Briancon är en liten stad som kanske inte är den bästa vi varit i men helt ok att utgå från för skidåkning eller dagsturer till tex Turin i Italien (11 mil). Vi flög till Turin och hyrde bilar sen på flygplatsen som vi hade under hela vistelsen på en vecka för att kunna åka på utflykter. Bilfärden från Turin bestod i 75% motorväg och sista 25% slingrig väg nerför alperna med fin utsikt samt många långa tunnlar genom bergen.
