Très bon sejour

Appartement impeccable, très fonctionnel, il manque juste des petits détails niveau salle de bain qui es spacieuse mais manque de quoi suspendre les serviettes de toilettes quand on est 3 adultes et une étagère pour poser les produit de toilette à par cela tout est impeccable, les chambres mansardees ne nous on pas dérangé puisque que nous n'y passons que la nuit , séjour impeccable on reviendra

Final decepcionante

La ubicación y ambiente han sido perfectas, pero aunque señalamos las incidencias al día siguiente de la llegada, hasta que no utilizamos la lavadora no supimos que el cierre de la puerta estaba estropeado y no se podía abrir la lavadora. La agencia mando al técnico para solucionarlo y nos han descontado la factura de 73€ de la fianza, importe que no nos corresponde pagar a nosotros, si al propietario. Una gran decepción, que si no nos devuelven ese importe no volveremos a reservar con su agencia, ni a recomendarla a nadie

Appartement très agréable à vivre à quelques pas de la mer

Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, joliment meublé et très bien placé au plus près de la grande plage. Très pratique aussi pour le stationnement avec sa place réservée dans le parking privé de la propriété. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un excellent séjour à Hendaye.

Emplacement parfait - prestations médiocres

Le grand atout de cet appartement est son emplacement à 50 m de la plage. L'appart lui-même est sans âme. Crépis sur les murs, déco casi inexistant, équipements cuisine et salle de bain du très bas de gamme. Les chambres font 2M2 lois Carrez sans exagération: la pente du toit commence dès la porte, il fait se plier en deux pour contourner le lit. En bref un appart très bien situé mais qui a comme seule vocation d'être rentable au proprio, sans penser au confort et bien-être des locataires.
