In Porticcio (20166) 12 km from Ajaccio in southern Corsica, rent an apartment 4/5 people on the heights of Porticcio, seen on the Gulf of Ajaccio, in a quiet, tree-filled and flowery residence.

(Ajaccio port 15 minutes and airport 10 minutes)

The first "nearest" beach is 900 m away, 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot.

The apartment is located in the former village of "pierre & vacances"
Residence with 2 private swimming pools with free access for all our tenants.
4 tennis and 1 mini football,
It is on one level with covered terrace, then direct access to the lawns on the edge of the maquis (not overlooked)

The house is equipped for young children (closed courtyard) 2 stroller, high chair, 1 travel cot, potty, over-toilet, small bath, deckchair, beach toy, etc ...

(very appreciated by vacationers who come to Corsica by plane)

Ground floor 1 parent bedroom with a double bed, living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (only for children), bathroom, WC, a large covered terrace, which will provide shade in summer ... ... etc

The rental is made from Saturday to Saturday, 30% deposit upon signing the contract and the balance upon your arrival on the island ... deposit 250 euros, tourist tax payable by me (free)

Attention I rent only from Saturday to Saturday ....
