Nette Lage an der Hafeneinfahrt

Geräumige Wohnung in interessanter Lage, Balkon mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt, zweiter Balkon verschmutzt und nicht benutzbar. Manches war reparaturbedürftig (z.B. Mülleimer in der Küche). Bei Abreise sollte eine Reinigungsgebühr von 80 € bezahlt werden, die nicht im Vertrag stand. Alternativ wurde eine gründliche Reinigung der Wohnung verlangt. Courseulles ist ein sehr netter Ort mit guten Geschäften und Restaurants. Man kann Fahrradtouren unternehmen und lange Strandwanderungen machen. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, Endreinigung vorher abklären!

Cet appartement est très bien situé. Clair, spacieux, bien distribué. Malheureusement il n'est pas mis en valeur. Un investissement de la part du propriétaire s'impose pour mettre cet appartement au niveau de confort qu'on est en droit d'attendre pour le prix demandé

Cet appartement est très bien situé. Au calme et à proximité de tous les commeres et restaurants. La plage est proche. on n'a pas pu profiter du balcon,un échaffaudage devant les fenêtres et sur le balcon a gâché la vue. le dernier soir il a été démonté et la vue est superbe. Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. L'accueil très bien assuré.Hôte répond volontiers au téléphone en cas de besoin . Cordial

Super endroit

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. M. MAURICE a été très réactif et disponible lors de la réservation, un accueil sérieux avec de bons conseils. L'appartement est bien situé avec une vue directe sur l'entrée du port, très agréable toute la journée, à marée haute comme à marée basse. La ville, la plage, le marché aux poissons... Tout est accessible au pied de la résidence. Un super séjour qui nous fera revenir sans aucun doute.

Perfect location

This apartment overlooks the river, with views out to sea. The location is just superb and the apartment was spotless, well fitted out and very spacious. All communications with the owner and the agency were excellent, with prompt responses. My mother and I stayed there as we wanted to visit the landing beaches and attend a ceremony at one of the war cemeteries where my grandfather is buried and it was the perfect location for this. Although it was hard to tear ourselves away from the view from the living room and balcony, we also combined the trip with some sightseeing, visiting Bayeux but also exploring Courseulles itself, which is a lovely little town, lots of good restaurants, an excellent bakery and a lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays. We hope to be back!
