Wonderful house on the bay

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, very clean, and beautifully located on the bay. Will definitely stay here again. They checkin process was very easy and the staff responded quickly to text messages.

Wonderful house for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location is great, close to several restaurants and shops. The kitchen is not very well stocked (bring your own cookware minus the very basic essentials). The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but we’ll worth it because we had the beach to ourselves most of the week. We hope to return to the property in the future!

Amazing House - Great location

Beautiful house, with very comfortable furniture and beds, everything is new, clean and nice! The walking distance to the beach is less than 3 blocks but you need to cross the road using a pedestrian crossing with a lot of traffic. Beach is a paradise and only a few houses around making it very private. There’re a few reasons I am rating this house as 4 stars instead of 5 and they are the following: No Beach accessories (towels, wagon, chairs) No Grill No outdoor shower Kitchen is limited equipped We only have 1 towel provided per person, we could definitely use more The listing describe that toiletries are just courtesy but having a little more would definitely save us for first night. Beside that, we will come back better equipped ourselves!

Best House Ever

Online rental was easy. Best part was that the photos included a floor plan of each floor. There was some confusion on getting into the house since I arrived late and could not get into the house. I called and issue was resolved quickly.

Exploring by water

Spacious house convenient to boat launch and everything we wanted to do by water. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and boat trailers. The dock in protected slip made it possible to leave the boats in the water. The management company responded very quickly to text messages. If you like your bedroom super cold at night don’t chose a bedroom on the 3rd floor.

Great location, close to beach

I give this place 5 stars except on cooking supplies. We had 8 people, with plenty of room for 6 more, and choose to cook all breakfast and a few dinners in. It was a little challenging with 2 smaller skillets and a wok. It's not like there's no room for more , the cabinets, pantry and space to work in is divine! Bring dish towels if cooking in. The single one provided is just not enough for a week. Side note. Place could use a few kayaks.

Nice Spacious Home

We had a nice time in this area and in the home. It was a short walk to the very low populated beach, but the road we had to cross was a 45mph (not everyone adheres to that) busy road. It was a bit nerve racking with our young children. We had to contact the property manager for 3 different problems and only two of them were taken care of. The home was clean and had plenty of space. I personally think they need better cooking pans and mixing bowls. I would stay here again if we were not traveling with children.

Beautiful Family Friendly House

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 11. We loved everything about the house!!! Cons: we did not receive information about the lock box code. I called the property manager but she did not have the information. Thankfully Megan came to the office, gave us the code, and saved our day!!!! I felt like the walk to the beach was misrepresented. The distance was longer, the road traffic was busy and fast, and there were NO crosswalks or sidewalks. We absolutely loved the house but we will not come back because of the dangerous route walking to the beach.

Great spot with some small issues

The house is in a fantastic neighborhood that's mostly quiet and has good access to beach and recreational activities. The only complaint I have is that the amenities within the home are very lacking. The cookware consists of 2-3 teflon pans that are so worn down they have to be hazardous to cook with, the teflon is so damaged that the pan is "furry" to the touch. We ended up purchasing a very inexpensive pan and leaving it there in the hope that future guests won't need to cook on the potentially toxic ones that were provided. Other than that the property comes as advertised and management was very responsive. They mention this in the listing, but you will need to provide your own toiletries and what not, which was not a major issue. Also note there is no grill at this location, which was odd for such a home. All in all I would higly recommend but please plan ahead if you want to cook anything there.

Great Location and very clean - Steps to Beach

Overall we loved the house it was very clean and stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. We could have used a few more towel or perhaps one complimentary pod of laundry detergent to do a load of towels. No beach towels on property. Also, the sound system did not work in the living area. It looks impressive but wasn't even hooked up. One of my family members is an audio tech and he couldn't get it to work. There was a small leak it appeared coming from the roof which caused the patios on one side of the house to be wet every morning even though it had not rained. Those are my only small complaints. Overall the house was great, very comfortable beds, very clean and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out was very easy although I did not understand there was box to pick up the keys. The ladies at the office were helpful with that.

Thanksgiving family get away.

This house was perfect for our family thanksgiving holiday. Plenty of room, very clean, and beautifully located on the bay in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from the very private beach. Great dining and amenities close by. The house had plenty of room for our large group. It was nice that there were bedrooms on all the levels. Our 5 kids ages 5 to 16 loved the bunk room. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking for this large group.. Staff responded to text and phone quickly even on the holiday. Overall it was a lovely home for out get together.
