Apartment MIMOSA is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful and modern apartment building on the edge of the Bay of Calpe. The corner apartment has a spacious living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a spacious terrace each and 2 bathrooms. From the front terrace you overlook the beautiful swimming pool and garden that is only accessible to residents of the residence. You also have a full view of the promenade, the beautiful coast and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace at the back of the apartment also has a fantastic view of the mountains behind the Costa Blanca. All necessary infrastructure can easily be reached on foot: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beach, hairdresser and much more. Because the apartment building is at the end of the promenade, you live very quietly and you have absolutely no problems with the other holiday makers. The guests can use a beautiful swimming pool, only for the residents of the complex, with a beautiful garden and this in privacy at a few meters from the promenade. The pool is guarded by lifeguards during the summer months so that you can let your children enjoy the water in complete safety. A closed garage can be rented separately on request.

Séjour très agréable
Tout était parfait. L’appartement est très bien agencé et la terrasse très agréable et bien orientée. La grande piscine et la proximité de la plage nous ont permis de bien profiter de notre séjour. Merci à Miguel pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Appartement top, dans un emplacement top
Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Emiel. L'appartement sécurisé très bien situé et au calme car il est un peu à l'ecart du remblais et de son animation. Tout est quasiment accessible en 5 - 10 min à pied (plages, criques, commerces, supermarchés, boulangerie, bars, restaurants etc..). L'appartement est très bien équipé (il ne manque rien), avec une magnifique vue dégagée sur la méditerranée et une très très belle et grande piscine surveillée (ou l'on peu plonger). La région est très dynamique et jolie, beaucoup de visites et activités sont possibles.

Le titre de cette annonce est parfaitement approprié :) L’appartement est top et l’emplacement est top!!! L’appartement était propre et la literie est confortable. L’appartement est super bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de la fossa, très facile d’accès même pour ma fille de 5 ans. Le soir le coin bouge pas mal, mais c’est quand même assez calme car on n’est pas pile dans la rue des bars. La piscine est super grande et le jardin tres agréable. L’appartement est super bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut! Vrai four, caddie pour les courses qui peuvent se faire à pieds, serviette de toilette, fer à repasser etc… tout y est! Nous avons passé un super séjour, à Calpe mais aussi dans les charmante villes alentours.

2nd time we have stayed at this apartment and this stay was just as good as the last. Spacious and nicely furnished. Fab sea views from the large balcony. Location is good, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all close by.

En general bien. La terraza es magnifica, tiene vistas al mar. Alrededor no hay edificios bonitos pero muy cerca de playa, restaurantes y supermecados. El piso esta bien, la sala de estar es pequeña, pero habitaciones, lavabo, cocina, estan bien. El apartamento necesita reformas.

Perfect winter break
First impressions were very good, we were met by a key holder as soon as we arrived and she showed us around and how things worked. The property was spotless and very well equipped from every essential kitchen utensil, dinner service and glassware to shopping trolley and bags making self catering very easy. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The area that the apartment is in is fairly quiet but not too far away from bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are breath taking especially sunrise. TV had a few English channels which was good. Beds were comfortable, towels and linen provided Pool and gardens well maintained although not open this time of year. However we did make full use of the tennis court which was excellent. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again if it came available for the dates we need.

mooi appartement, mooi vakantie
Wij hebben echt genoten van ons vakantie in appartement Mimosa. Een heel mooi appartement met een mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en zee. Een perfecte ligging, alles binnen handbereik: supermarkten, restaurants, bars, strand en toch rustig. BIJNA alles als voorgesteld in video, een paar klein minpuntjes: waterkoker giet heel slecht zonnewering voor en achter aan vernieuwing toe (slechte staat/vuil) lampkappen in slaapkamer achter (versleten) Terrastegels op voorterras gebarsten Een klein opmerking/voorstel (zou een meerwaarde geven): een paar klein strandstoelen ter beschikking stellen. Wij hebben overwogen een paar te kopen + parasol en dan achterlaten, maar dan dachten wij, 'voor die paar keren op strand liggen, is het de moeite waard',? Wij betalen maar op strand, HALLO!!! voor ons drie moesten wij een aanzienlijk bedrag per dag voor drie zetels en parasol betalen ( mag de prijs niet melden)! Dus ik zeg het, het zou een meerwaarde zijn ! Appartement is voor 4 gasten maar op terras zijn er maar twee sun-loungers ! Anders, hebben wij absoluut geen klachten en zou zeker terugkeren

Très agréable appartement
Appartement spacieux, très agréable, bien équipé, calme et bien exposé avec jolie vue sur la mer. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille grâce aussi à une grande piscine commune surveillée par un maître nageur. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute : on revient chaque année :)

Mooi en zeer verzorgd app. Toplocatie.
Zeer ordelijk, verzorgd app. Voor 4 pers. of fam. met kinderen. Prachtig gelegen even buiten het centrum, (rustig) op 20 m van de zee promenade wandel afstand van strand. Er is een mooie onderhouden tuin met zwemkom en ligweide. Er is toezicht en een kontaktpersoon ter beschikking. Restaurants direct in de buurt. Grote winkels op loopafstand. Kort gezegd top. Hebben zeker genoten van ons verblijf de ganse maand juni 2015. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Fam. Dobbelaere-Tijs

Mooi appartement op ideale locatie in Calpe
Appartement is ideaal om met uw gezinnetje te genieten wat alles Calpe u te bieden heeft. Ligt vlak bij strand op de dijk en in de buurt van alle horeca gelegenheden en supermarkten etc. Lekker genieten op een toplocatie !
