At 50 meters from the sea facing dune (small side sea view) for rent pleasant small apartment ground floor with garden (direct access beach) with 1 bedroom with bed 140 an entrance with 2 bunk beds 90 a living room with sofa bed 140, bathroom with toilet, kitchenette with 2 induction plates.
WIFI, TV, microwave grill, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, iron, barbecue, fishing equipment on foot.
Residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), tennis court (2 rackets and balls available), petanque.
Near all shops, markets 2 times a week.
Cleaning charged to the tenant.
For rentals in winter, heating will be the responsibility of the tenant, with meter reading entering and leaving with the owner.
Linens not provided.
Accepted animals.

Nice stay, very good appartment

All necessay equipement available, including dishwasher and washing machine. Close to the beach (100,), unfortunately we had the ground floor, no view on the sea, but we had a garden. Damgan was a nice place, small but nice.

hébergement trop petit, manque d'armoires de rangement, chambre de lilliputien confort en dessous de l'annonce. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce type de logement. Deux personnes maximum et non quatre. Grande déception.

emplacement agréable

Séjour agréable, l'appartement est bien situé avec un parking en face. L'hôte accepte notre petit chien et nous sommes accueillis à l'arrivée. La mer est en face et vous êtes près de la ville pour les restaurants et commerces, tout est accessible à pied. Locations de vélo pour aller faire les visites à 2 pas. Découverte du golfe du Morbihan

Excellent accueil, de la part de Catherine, la confiance se crée dés le premier contact. Le logement en rez de jardin est parfait pour profiter des journées ensoleillées. Propre, très fonctionnel Rien ne manque ! même les paniers pour la pêche à pied. Idéalement placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Les plages du golfe sont à proximité. Quant à la région quelle jolie découverte, la Bretagne ça vous gagne ! les petits villages bretons et les maisonnettes blanches aux volets bleus sont juste magnifiques dans le décor breton. De belles et grandes balades le long de la plage, le calme de la période hors vacances scolaires, nous avons largement apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande à 100%. Bonne saison à Catherine et Patricia. Au plaisir de revenir Les gens du Nord

Le logement est conforme à sa fiche descriptive. Patricia nous a reçu avec gentillesse et disponibilité, merci ! Le logement peut coucher 4 personnes, mais serait un peu exigu si ce sont 4 adultes. La place de parking réservée est juste devant le logement, c'est pratique. Il est bien organisé, lumineux, et propre. Notre séjour a été très confortable.

Appartement propre et bien situé. Première fois que l'on a accès aux bains de soleil dans une location ! Petit bémol pour moi : l'évier un peu petit pour la vaisselle mais il y a le lave-vaisselle. Enfin, presque parfait.

Location très bien située, plage, piscine, tout à côté.logement fonctionnel, manque juste un four. très bon accueil, et bon échange avec Me Lemaître au téléphone. On y retournera certainement.

Bon séjour dans le Morbihan

Nous avons passé 3 semaines à Damgan.L appartement est petit mais bien equipé; il est très bien placé ( mer à 2 pas, piscine trés agréable surtout en période de canicule!) . Le seul bémol a été pour le rez de jardin,:seulement une table de 2 personnes pour manger dehors et des trous partout dans le sol!!!Des dalles ou 1 terrasse en bois seraient les bienvenus pour stabiliser le pied de parasol,les chaises et l' étendoir à linge ....
