Beautifully furnished Second Row home on exclusive First Street, Ocean Isle Beach. Amazing, expansive ocean views from dining room, family room, master bedroom, pelican's nest and front porches. The beach access is across the street and the rental includes use of our community pool which is located just 3 houses down.

This home is a private rental / secondary home with plenty of space offering 5 bedrooms/5. Handicap accessible bottom floor shower in bedroom and 3 level wheelchair accessible elevator included.

Enjoy the private backyard and beautiful ocean views on the pelican's nest. This home offers 6 parking spots with a secure garage and is a short walk or bike ride (0.5 Milles) from the center of town.
Stone back patio with fenced in yard and gate with plenty of privacy. 2024 inteior renovation including new hardwood floors throughout the house. All stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Family reunion

Perfect house for our family, 6 adults 4 children, elevator helps get the luggage up and down. Hosts are outstanding! They answered every question promptly and accommodated every request. This area is perfect for families. My grandson wants to move in this house, we would definitely rent it again!

Wonderful time at Clark's Paradise Cove!

Plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, family room, kitchen/dining area, and various decks with chairs. The elevator made it easy to bring luggage and items upstairs. There was a shower off of the garage to rinse off after being at the beach. Easy access to the beach and also to a swimming pool. A cool pelican's nest and view at the top of the roof. We were here with our children and grandchildren. We had a lot of fun and loved our stay at Ocean Isle Beach with Clark's Paradise Cove as our Vrbo residence.

Overall Very Nice

This was a nice home, well appointed, and close to the beach. Our only complaint was the placement of the elevator, which opens into a bedroom on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. This was a problem for us because our elderly parents wanted to stay in the master bedroom, which required them to cross in and out of the other bedrooms to get to the elevator. We worked it out, but would have liked to be aware of this elevator placement ahead of time.

This beach house has it all! Close access to the beach and pool. Also, kitchen is fully stocked so minimal packing for vacation. Our family enjoyed our time at the beach!

Our stay on Ocean Isle was enhanced by the property we rented. The house was everything advertised. I chose a property with an elevator because of some physical restrictions and it was a wonderful addition to my stay personally. The property manager was always communicative and helpful. Will rent again!

Everything is always wonderful

I love this island. I adore this house. The large front porch is a perfect gathering area. The elevator makes everything a little easier. This house has plenty of bathrooms and space for a large group.

Family vacation

We have been vacationing with our family at Ocean Isle for over 20 years. Our family has grown and we now range from 3 years, teens, young adults to retired. The house is roomy and accommodating to all ages. We always rent a golf cart but the beach access was close enough that we did not need it. We cooked in several nights and mornings and had everything we needed. We would be happy to rent again!

Beautiful home with a ton of space. We would certainly stay here again!

It was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The elevator was a lifesaver since my mother had sustained a recent injury. Caroline, the property manager, was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Fabulous house, location and host!

Great house - every bedroom has a private bathroom (YAY!) and it is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at OIB. Very close to the beach access point, too! We went with our friends the first half of our trip (3 total families with 3 kids under 2) and it was great for all of us. Our moms joined us the 2nd half of the trip (friends left) and they REALLY enjoyed the elevator access :) It also made it really easy for unloading and loading the cars. The garage is awesome to have so you can just store all of your beach stuff down there without worrying about it and the outdoor shower is a MUST when coming home from the beach. It had great water pressure and got hot, too! Carolyn was super easy to communicate with and so friendly and accommodating! Also, go Tarheels!
