Located 5 km from Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël, between Cannes (35 km by motorway) and Saint Tropez (35 km by the seaside), Saint-Aygulf is a seaside resort offering all amenities, a privileged setting on the shores of the Mediterranean in the heart of the Côte d'Azur.

ECOLOGICAL WOODEN house of 65 m² new + wooden terrace of 50 m² + above ground wooden swimming pool, small garden, a parking space for 1 car in the property closed by an electric gate.

For 4 to 8 people maximum.

Comprising 2 master bedrooms (double beds 160 x 200 cm) with bathroom and separate toilet each, fitted wardrobes, mattresses, duvets and new pillows.

A large American kitchen equipped with large American fridge (filtered fresh water + ice cubes), induction hob, dishwasher, microwave combination oven, isothermal electric coffee maker Philips + SENSEO, kettle, toaster, TV, fans.

Upstairs: a large living room with 2 sofa beds, sleeping 140 x 200 cm.

Wooden terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, gas barbecue and plancha, pergola, 4 deckchairs, small garden with above-ground wooden swimming pool and garden furniture

Recreative vacation in a nice and comfortable house

We enjoyed the new and clean house, with comfortable two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the nice sun terrasse and the pool area under the trees. The hosts were very pleasant and there was nothing to complain.

Un séjour très agréable

Des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et discrets. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue ! Une maison très propre, des lits très confortables.Des chambres idéales pour nous, notre ado a beaucoup apprécié d'avoir ses propres salle de bains et toilettes. Une clim efficace dans la pièce principale. Les photos ne sont en aucun cas trompeuses mais nous avons été un peu déçu en découvrant la terrasse, bien protégée du vis-à-vis mais qui ne donne pas un sentiment d'ouverture. De très belles petites plages de galets, parfaites pour le snorkeling sont à environ un kilomètre de la maison. Les commerces sont également à un kilomètre environ.

Zeer mooie en leuke vakantiewoning voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer vriendijk ontvangst van de eigenaren Enige opmerking, in de online omschrijving staat airco als 1 van de kenmerken maar dit zijn windblazers.

Zum Entspannen

Sehr nette Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist recht steil. Die schöne große Holzterrasse läd mit seinem Grill und dem großen Tisch zum gemütlichen Essen ein. Der Rest des Grundstücks ist mit Rasenteppich rund um den Pool ausgestattet, Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Leider waren dort sehr viele Mücken und 2 Baustellen, die frühmorgens Lärm machten. Der Fußweg zum Steinstrand ist in guten 15 Minuten, der Supermarkt und der Markt am Dienstag und Freitag in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, wobei es dorthin bergab geht. Schöne Sandstrände sind in ca. 2km entfernt. Super Startpunkt für die vielen schönen Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Vielen Dank an Valerie und Herve

Très bon séjour à Saint-Aygulf

Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, situé dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes des plages en voiture. La piscine est un plus. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. En tant qu'alsaciens nous avons apprécié la petite attention dans le réfrigérateur :) Nous recommandons vivement!

Excellent accueil, des propriétaires aux petits soins, maison très confortable et agréable avec son coin piscine et petit salon d été. wunderbare Woche an der Cote D‘Azur

Wunderbare Woche an der Cote D‘Azur. In einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus mit tollem Pool haben wir unsere Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Einkäufe sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine, wunderschöne Strände sind 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und Check-In und Check-Aus haben reibungslos geklappt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Maison éco indépendante tout équipé au calme proche des plages

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison écologique construite par Hervé et Valérie, située sur leur parcelle mais complètement indépendante de leur lieux de vie. Rien ne manque, les équipements (frigo US avec fontaine à eau et glaçons, le BBQ et la piscine), la literie de qualité et la proximité du centre ville, des plages et des sentiers de randonnées. Hôte ponctuel, à l’écoute et disponible. Merci

Praktische Wohnung mit luxuriösem Touch

Wir waren als Paar mit einem Jugendlichen bei mässig heissen Wetter in der Wohnung: ruhige Lage in Villen Viertel, viel Privatsphäre in Wohnung, Terrasse und am Pool, praktische Aufteilung in zwei getrennte Schlafbereiche, beide mit Bad, nachmittags wegen Westlage der Fenster etwas heiss, nette unkomplizierte Vermieter. Ideal auch mit Velo, alles in 5-10min erreichbar.
