My husband and I split our time between our homes in London and Pasadena. My husband is an author from London and I'm an interior designer born and raised in Los Angeles. We've been in Pasadena for 30 years, where we raised our kids.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house in 2018. We've lived in the same neighborhood for many years but when this home became available to buy we quickly made the move. We always wanted to be on this street due to its perfect location, surrounded by the most grand homes in Pasadena. Quiet street, friendly neighbors, and a popular street for walkers & runners enjoying the scenery and beautiful architecture.
What makes this property unique
Built in 1905 and beautifully restored. Lovely front porch, large rooms, and great for entertaining with friends or family.
