The mini house, comes from the recovery of an old transformer substation electricity and then abandoned. The atmosphere reminds very small interior spaces of a boat. The Enel Room is large as a room for a total of 15 square meters, it is divided by a floor of 9 square meters and a loft of 6 square meters. You will enjoy a splendid view of the sea from the terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors.
The first level consists of the bathroom and the kitchen area. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. The kitchenette has a fridge, a small sink and a single gas fire. A table and two chairs complete the furnishings. On the mezzanine is reached by a staircase concealed iron. E 'has a double bed, dresser and TV. The mini - house has a private entrance, has windows on all sides and from the bed you can even see the sea. Enel room is equipped with air conditioning both hot and cold and is very original in the choice of flooring and furniture. The exterior is characterized by the presence of an adjacent villa, property of the structure, and by the surrounding landscape oriented all over the Gulf of Salerno.
Parking is unguarded and 30 meters from the house and the bus stop is 50 meters. Free for guests there are two bicycles.
