Come and discover the Ile de Ré in our charming exposed stone house of 90m2, classified by Charente Maritime Tourism, full of charm with its dry stone walls and exposed beams, combining authenticity and modern comfort, nestled in the calm of a flowery alley . Tree-lined terrace, enclosed by walls, facing south, out of sight to take your meals in peace! Lovely views of the village rooftops from the bedrooms and the church tower. You will enjoy the beautiful living room of 45m2 With its open kitchen and its old fireplace overlooking the 25m2 terrace sunny all day and not overlooked. In large armchairs or on a comfortable bench you will watch television or DVDs!You will enjoy the decoration in the spirit of typical Retai village houses by making a good chimney fire in winter!Upstairs you will stay in 2 bedrooms (a 140cm bed for L one, two 90cm beds for the other bedroom and outside AL an independent annex will be made available with another bedroom including a 140cm bed and an additional shower) .A small lounge is available with a sofa bed upstairs that can serve as extra sleeping for a child. Bike room in the courtyard with access to the alley, possibility to park the car to unload easily in front of the door, parking spaces in the alley or on the public car park at 25 M. Comfort and charm guaranteed for a quiet but close holiday bike paths, the largest market and 5 minutes from the Gollandières!Bikes available and baby equipment also (cot ...) Do not hesitate!!!!

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! La communication avec les propriétaires était parfaites, ils sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé. Il est également idéalement situé au bois plage et et très proche d'un parking gratuit ce qui est idéal pour se garer pour la semaine nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Semaine sans voiture uniquement à vélo. Très beau temps. Hébergement très bien situé, au calme mais à Proximité centre village, 3 min à pieds: commerces et marché. 10 à 15 min à pieds de la plage.

le logement correspond exactement au descriptif de l'annonce. Petite maison sympathique, très bien équipée pour passer un séjour en famille. Le plus 4 vélos a disposition pour découvrir l'Ile de Ré. Des propriétaires accueillants qui répondent rapidement et efficacement aux eventuelles questions.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf der Ile de Re

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen (Familie mit 5 Personen, Kinder 16-19 Jahre alt). Die Kinder waren im OG im Haupthaus untergebracht, wir haben das kleine Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und WC im kleinen Nebenhaus über der Terrasse benutzt (war zwar etwas eng aber akzeptabel). Die Vermieter (es war keine Agentur dazwischengeschaltet) sind sehr freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (Küche, Geschirr, Gläser, 2 Bäder, Stühle, Tische auf der Terrasse, Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse), die vorhandenen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt auch eine Nespresso-Maschine neben einer klassischen Filtermaschine. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, sehr sauber. Es gibt sogar 4 Fahrräder für die Nutzung während des Aufenthaltes mit einem kleinen Fahrradschuppen. Die Terrasse ist zwar klein aber fein, mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu essen und abends auf der Sitzgruppe im Kerzenschein zu verweilen. Zudem kann eine Markise zum Sonnenschutz ausgefahren werden. Das Auto kann unmittelbar vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Straße ist zwar sehr eng, man kommt aber direkt zum Haus. Es existiert kein Durchgangsverkehr (geschützte Lage). Zusammenfassung: Wir haben schon mehrere Ferienhäuser (auch auf der Ile-de-Re) gehabt, die im Vergleich zur Ausstattung für 5 Personen schlechter waren. Hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage des Hauses im alten Ortskern, die sehr gute Ausstattung und die sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cet agreable maison; dans le village de Bois plage en Re. La localisation est parfaite; les proprietaires charmants ; nous ont tres bien renseigne sur les restaurants a faire; les velos mis gracieusement a disposition sont tres pratiques . Apres ce super sejour; c'est certain nous reviendrons a l'ile de Re !
