Mas 70m2 tastefully renovated in 2014 in a quiet residence with swimming pool. Front terrace with beautiful and stunning sea views. Orientation East Southwest ideal. Very few opposite and garden terrace at the rear, fenced and lighted.
Mas on 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a shower room.
Reversible air conditioning (3 units). Satellite TV (2 flat screens), free high speed internet.
The living room is spacious, bright with French windows opening onto the front terrace and sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped USA, all the electrical appliances are new: cooker with ceramic hob cooker, oven, microwave, grill, electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, ...
On the ground floor: Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobes and window overlooking the garden.
Shower room with Italian shower, cupboards, w. c., window.
Garden access.
First floor: master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, door and window pane overlooking a sea view terrace. Flat screen television with DVD.

Séjour magnifique, superbe maison.

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve, grâce a Catherine et sa maison superbe dans laquelle il ne manque rien, pour se sentir comme chez soi. Plus une des plus belle vue du village, panoramique et magnifique, et la piscine a 29 degrés, un véritable must. Un grand merci a Catherine, une hôte vraiment hors normes.

Home with a view

Wonderful 3 weeks in the hills above San Tropez. Accommodations were perfect but the scenic view from the porch was unbelievable. It looked like you could reach out and touch the Med. Lots of areas to explore daily. Not our first visit to South of France but one of the best.

Beau mas avec vue magnifique

Très beau mas, propre, bien agencé, bien équipé. Situé sur les hauteurs de la croix valmer, au calme, une terrasse spacieuse, protégée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un jardinet offrant une petite piscine privée. Voiture indispensable mais à 5 minutes du centre, des commerces, des plages et quelques kilomètres des villages alentours ( le lavandou, St Tropez, Sté Maxime, Gassin et Ramatuelle). Un très bon séjour. Bon accueil. Échanges faciles avec Catherine, la propriétaire et Sabine, la personne qui accueille et s’occupe du ménage. Un bel endroit, à conseiller sans modération.

Erholsamer Winterurlaub

Sehr ruhige Lage, angenehmes Klima im Dezember, schöne Aussicht, super nette Menschen. Wer gerne wandert, hat Gelegenheit direkt am Haus zu starten. Das Haus ist herzig eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben u s sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vue baie exceptionnelle au calme

Petite maison très agréable, soignée et optimisée pour les vacances. Échange avec la propriétaire très convivial. La piscine est très appréciable malgré sa taille. Après une journée plage, c'est agréable de s'y reposer. Juste une précision concernant la chambre avec les lits jumeaux, la taille des lits ne peut pas convenir à des ados ou adultes dépassant 175 cms. Voiture obligatoire pour courses au village de La Croix et accès plage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ! Il est nécessaire par contre d'avoir un véhicule car un peu excentré du centre ville et dans les hauteurs

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ideal von der Aufteilung.

Der Ausblick und die Ruhe war super. Direkte Nachbarn haben Rücksicht genommen. Flüstermodus war angesagt. Der Weg zum Strand mit dem Auto betrug 10-14 Minuten. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat uns persönlich nicht angesprochen. Das Wasser schien okay aber es gab dort keine Liegen und hat keine Urlaubsatmosphäre geboten. Der Pool im hinteren Bereich war für uns zu klein. Für Kleinkinder sicherlich okay. Die Wohnung war im Vergleich zu unseren anderen FeWos in der Gegend teuerer. +15Euro pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher optional waren unnötig. +Reinigung 80Euro ohne Beleg wurde auf der FeWo Internetseite nicht angegeben. Dafür hat der Küchenboden schön geklebt und wurde von uns nachgereinigt. Die Kinderbetten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Die Teflonpfannen gehören erneuert und ein weiterer großer Kochtopf wäre nützlich. Ein Mosquitonetz an einem Fenster im unteren Bereich wäre auch sinnvoll. Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschienentabs müssen unbedingt selbst mitgebracht werden. Fazit: Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die leicht behoben werden können. Wir haben aber alles so akzeptiert und verbrachten hier einen schönen Urlaub.

Licht und Schatten, dicht bei einander

Abgesehen von zu viel privatem Klüngel ist das Reiheneckhaus im Inneren recht gut ausgestattet. Schwarze und weiße Farben dominieren, recht gute Küchenausstattung, Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern....viele Terrrassenmöbel... Aber von der Lage hatten wir uns mehr versprochen: Blick auf Meer getrübt durch parkende Autos, Nachbarreihenhäuser sind verwahrlost so wie auch die Anlage 'Super Valmer' den Namen nicht verdient. Alles wirkt etwas ungepflegt (Weg zum schönen Gemeinschaftspool, Parkplätze,..). Nach drei Tagen ist der kleine hauseigene Pool 'gekippt: von klar auf grüne Brühe, was sehr enttäuschend war. Überrascht wurden wir auch durch bar und beleglose eingeforderte 80.-€ für Putzen. Wir waren der Meinung, dass diese Gebühr in der Miete enthalten war. Unsere Buchung Samstag/Samstag wurde seitens der Vermieter ohne Begründung auf Sonntag/Sonntag geändert. Fazit: wir würden dieses Haus zu diesen Konditionen nicht mehr mieten.

Un excellent séjour

Communication très facile avec l'hôte et accueil très aimable lors de l'installation. Le calme et la propreté de la villa, la vue extraordinaire, la piscine. Les équipements sont de qualité. Parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants car la literie de chambre au rez-de-chaussée est plus adaptée à des enfants qu'à des adultes. En résumé : un excellent séjour
