Detached house near the A10 motorway. For your tourist visits: you are 30 minutes from Tours and the Loire castles, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon and the vineyards, 30 minutes from Loches.
Very pleasant house for meetings of family or friends, the living spaces are spacious.

Ground floor: one bedroom (160cm double bed) with its Italian shower and sink, WC, open fitted kitchen, living room, veranda
1st: a bedroom (double bed 140cm), a twin bedroom (2 single beds 90cm), a bathroom with WC, a landing with a sofa bed
A plot of enclosed and independent garden, barbecue.
The owners live on site and you will share with them the secure swimming pool and the children's play areas.
