The entire home is accessible but garage area is not set up to have a car parked within. Guests can use community amenities with approved application.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath will provide a casual setting for your next visit to beautiful, Southwest, Florida. The floor plan provides a living room, dining area and expansive Florida room. Wonderful cross breeze when you open the front screened porch door and sliders to the lanai. This is great spot for entertaining. Fenced yard to maintain privacy. Both the master and the guest bedroom offer queen bedding accommodations. The two twins in the third guest room can be put together for King sized accommodations. Washer and dryer on site. Bring the kids! High chair and crib available. Owner has provided bicycles to explore the neighborhood which offers two community (heated) pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and clubhouse. A fitness area, pool tables and card tables can be found inside the clubhouse. Everything you need is close at hand in the neighborhood. Perfect home in the sun.
There are a host pf local restaurants and stores in walking distance. Its recommended you have a vehicle for venturing about. Uber works well for a safe night out.
Home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate an early check in, but we want to ensure your home is in top notch condition so you sit back and relax. This property requires an HOA application to be completed. Please provide a personal email so we may send this application. This application must be signed and returned. The application is submitted for a background check and may take up to 7 days to process. The rental rate covers one application which would be an individual or one married couple. Additional persons, 18 and older, will need to fill out an application and a $225 fee will apply. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
