Beautiful duplex of 52 m² facing South West, 2 steps from the beach (Santocha / Savane).
The apartment has 1 living room / stay (with picture window) very bright giving on a double terrace (sun all the day).
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso, coffee filter, kettle etc ...)
The living room has 1 sofa very comfortable and convertible into 140 bed, TV, dining table, wifi.
The bathroom, renovated, includes a toilet, a vanity unit, a large walk-in shower, towel dryer and cupboards.
Upstairs you will find 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a balcony. Each has 1 bed 140 and cupboards.
An outside pantry includes another refrigerator and a freezer as well as a washing machine and a plancha.
1 parking space is allocated to the apartment (closed residence) and if need to park another vehicle there is a large free parking just in front of the residence.

Super location!

Nous avons l'habitude de séjourner à Santocha et cette location est la meilleure que nous ayons eue ! Spacieuse, confortable, super terrasse, très bonnes literies, tout l'électroménager nécessaire, calme, à 5 min à pied de la plage.

Wieder wunderschön

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in Capreton hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Aurélie ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt. Vorort war auch in diesem Jahr die sehr sympatische Ansprechpartnerin für die Übergabe, alles sehr unkompliziert und liebenswürdig. Wir haben uns über die über die jetzt automatischen Rolläden gefreut, so dass alle Räume ganz verdunkelt werden können. Die neu gemachte Holzterrasse ist wunderschön, wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

Für uns (fast) perfekt

Als sportbegeisterte Urlauber mit nie endender Sehnsucht nach dem Atlantik war die Lage des liebe- und geschmackvoll renovierte Reihenhäuschen - erwähnt sei auch der großzügige Bereich Terrasse/Garten/Stauraum - ideal. Aurélie ist eine stets erreichbare, freundliche Gastgeberin, die für ihre Gäste rundum sorgt. Erhebliche Kritik geht jedoch an die Adresse der Mairie von Capbreton: sie lässt auf dem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus - ganz im Gegensatz zu anderen Gemeinden in der Region - das wilde Campen auch über mehrere Nächte in Autos, Vans, Wohnmobilen etc. zu. Die Folgen, auch direkt vor den Terrassen der Anlage, die von 2m hohen Hecken umgeben sind, kann man sich erschließen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in Capreton sehr genossen! Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu dem wunderschönen Strand von Capreton, eine Boulangerie ist 5 Minuten entfernt und ein kleiner Supermarkt an der Strandpromenade 10 Minuten. Größere Supermärkte sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin und die Dame, die den Schlüssel übergibt und auch sonst ansprechbar ist, sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Für vier Personen ist das Haus optimal und gut ausgestattet.

Un véritable havre de paix à deux pas de la plage

Une maison où vous ne manquerez de rien et des propriétaires super sympas et toujours disponibles. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines et partis avec grand regret, repos, tranquillité au rdv et plage à 3 minutes à pied, c’est on ne peut pas plus appréciable. Parfait

Une des meilleurs location qu'on ait pu faire. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, c'est parfait pour des vacances au top. Emplacement idéal dans un coin au calme et avec un accès direct à l'océan via un petit sentier tout aménagé, et accès aux pistes cyclables. On est vraiment à côté du front de mer avec resto et autres, et à 5 minutes en vélo du centre ville. Une location à recommander. Accueil et départ très chaleureux. Merci pour ce très bel endroit.

Very spacious Appartement

Excellent if you bring lots of Equipment. Perfect for surfers. You find cupboards in the bedrooms (not standard in Capbreton), a hose outside to rinse sand, lots of outside space for boards, bikes, etc. and you can put on your wetsuits outside without being seen. There is baby/toddler Equipment as well and a second fridge + separate freezer. Short walk to Santocha (~500m from door to waterline) was ok even when carrying my longboard.

Appartement qui vous plonge dans l'ambiance maritime en poussant la porte. Très bien équipé, confortable, cosy, on trouve rapidement ses marques. Proche de la plage et du front de mer, on peut se déplacer à pieds et laisser la voiture. Un séjour à renouveler...
