Charming Canal Waterfront - 10 Leland - 250 yards from the beach access

This very nice 4 Bedroom Home It is in a great location in the central part of the island, one mile from the main road. Leland is a beach access street. This home is only 250 yards from the beach access. Furnishings are fresh and inviting. Very comfortable and warm seating area in the great room, which is open to the dining area and kitchen.
Kitchen and baths are all quartz tops. This is a great value choice with nice space so very close to the beach, just a 3 minute walk away. You can hear the surf from the house. Rents Sun-Sun, but ask us about Sat-Sat, as it may be possible.

The back yard on the water with the private dock is fully fenced in with latch gate to access the private dock. There is a very nice fish cleaning station and sink near the dock access. Great setup for fishermen, and fisherwomen, too.

Capacity of 10 assumes children in the group. There is a sublimit of 8 adults (grown persons), and 10 in total. 2 adults per bedroom.

The bedrooms have nice separation and privacy and the open floor plan is very comfortable for extended family groups. Very economical choice.
This home features a great amenity list, including High Speed Wireless internet.
This canal waterfront home has a private dock with bench seats and a very nice fish cleaning station.
The house main floor has an open floor plan with an outstanding kitchen and large bar area with seating. There are four large bedrooms with queen beds in 3 and a double bed and bunk set in the fourth. There is a front and back sun deck with dining tables and lounge chairs on both. Two porch swings on ground level and covered. It has 3 bathrooms for your comfort as well as an outdoor shower. The decor and furnishings are current and update. Recent facelift to entire inside of house. You will find the 10 Leland a very comfortable home.
The bedrooms have nice separation between them, with 1 bedroom (Queen) on upper level, 2 bedrooms on street side main level of house, and 1 bedroom on waterside main level of house.
If you are looking for a nice place at a very good price and very close to the beach, this is it.
No Pets and no Smoking. No student groups or adult chaperoned groups of students. Minimum contract age is 25.

Wonderful Ocean Isle Get-Away

We had a wonderful early summer visit to Ocean isle. The house was perfect with a great location - close proximity to the beach and on the canal. The house was very welcome and had everything our group needed. We hope to return again in the future.

Family fun for all ages

Great location! House was spacious and very clean. The backyard was so beautiful at night with the string lights on. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a few. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions and very pleasant to speak with. Ocean Isle is our new favorite vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Nice house close to the beach

The house was well maintained and the rooms well lit. We stayed there Thanksgiving week, and were able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner without any problems in the kitchen, so it was well equipped. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area.

Lovely property close to the beach! Property manager/owner are wonderful to work with and are very responsive. The dock was nice to have and we enjoyed renting a boat for a day. The beach was more crowded than I would have liked, but you were still able to distance esp. if you walked a bit. Totally my own fault but I didn’t pay close enough attention in my search and we didn’t realize this one had no linens/towels til we got there, which was the one downside.

Great time and great location

We loved staying here. It was just what we needed for a long weekend. Kids had a blast fishing and swimming in the canal. Short walk to the beach was super easy and quick.

The location was absolutely perfect. Far enough away from the busy areas but close enough to get to the main road quickly. Also perfect location on the canal so walking to the beach was still easy. I have to say the pictures do not do the home justice at all. The furnishings and decor were beautiful, most comfortable beds we have had in a rental before too! The layout was perfect for our family and enough separation for the 3 different family units that stayed there. Having the backyard fenced in and a gate at the top of the stairs was very helpful with having young kids. We got a lot of use out of the dock since we brought our boat. Our family is considering re-booking for next it went so well =)

We'll be back!

This house is fantastic and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the back deck in the shade after swimming in the ocean which is less than a five minute walk down the street. The kids rode bikes, fished and swam off the dock and explored with kayaks (definitely rent kayaks!). There is even a backyard where kids can play. Because of COVID-19 we didn't explore the town but that did not matter. The owner, Joey, is very communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental, especially if you have children.

Ocean isle waterway rental

This is a great place to stay on the canal in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The place was just as described, we’ll maintained, comfortable and roomy with nice furnishings. The kitchen provided all the necessities we needed. We enjoyed paddle boarding from the dock, the porches were great to relax on and under the house we enjoyed our morning coffee in the porch swing and Adirondack chairs with a nice breeze. We would highly recommend stay here!

Nice place with a boat dock

This was our first time staying at this home. The owner was very helpful. They have a very clean place and they even had tubs of water for you to dip the bottom of your shoes or feet in at both front and back doors. We highly recommend this place and we will be staying at this home again in the near future.
