Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

A parking fee of approximately $25/day applies. Additional vehicles is $20 plus tax per vehicle. Parking is not available on site for larger vehicles such as motorhomes, vehicles with trailers, watercraft, or similar. Please contact the property in advance for assistance.

The adjacent lot near the Desert Willow Golf Resort is undergoing construction. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Dec. 31, 2026.

The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
