Schöne Aussicht

Anreise und Versorgung ohne Auto schwierig, über das angrenzende Hotel möglich. Nächste Ortschaften ca. 15 bzw. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings sollte man schon ein bisschen Trittsicher sein, es sind nur Stufen, das letzte Stück in keinem guten Zustand. Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse, neue Küche, leider nicht sehr sauber. Bäder sind sehr alt und sollten dringend erneuert werden. Nur ein Rinnsal aus dem alten Duschkopf. Wenn man Backofen, Herd und die Waschmaschine gleichzeitig anmacht fliegt die Sicherung raus. Leider nur kleine Handtücher, Kopfkissen für alle vorhanden, KEINE Bettdecken, nur Bezüge in franz. Größe (Übergröße) das kann im Herbst ganz schön kühl werden. Die Eigentümer sind wohl Hundebesitzer, das hat man leider auch gerochen. Eigener Parkplatz in gesicherter Anlage ( ca. 20 Wohnungen auf mehrere Wohnblöcke verteilt)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Gastgeber, top ausgestattet, Traumblick

Die sehr schön gelegene Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb eines Resorts mit kontrolliertem Zugang und Schrankenanlage. Die Lage ist sicher, ruhig und bietet auch auf den Terrassen eine sehr gute Privatsphäre mit einem seltenen und unvergleichbaren Blick auf eine kleine Badebucht mit kristallklarem Wasser und Strand. Den Ausblick kann man tatsächlich aus allen Zimmern genießen! Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sauber, bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Ein reservierter Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle Angaben und Bilder des Inserats sind absolut zutreffend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und stets zuverlässig. Mit dem Resort an sich hat man nichts zu tun und bekommt davon auch überhaupt nichts mit! Sehr schön! Das Angebot des Resorts kann man gegen Gebühr selbstverständlich nutzen! Sehr gut! In der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere kleine, saubere Badestrände die teilweise auch fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Einen herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber. Es war hervorragend!

Vue incroyable !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Franck. L’appartement est magnifique, très bien aménagé et équipé, la vue est juste incroyable. La résidence est très calme et la cala Giverola est de toute beauté mais elle se mérite (257 marches selon ma fille 😉).

Très bel appartement vue mer

L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos de l'annonce. Il est très bien équipé. La literie est de qualité. La terrasse est très agréable. Par contre le chemin d'accès à la plage est particulièrement difficile donc inadapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux personnes âgées.

Stunning Views

The views are everything at this place. The home is spacious, kitchen updated, and outside spaces are wonderful. The location is car dependent, and it is is important to arrive prepared with plenty of food and supplies. You can walk down to the beach, a bit steep if you have mobility issues or little ones, and enjoy a very nice setting with a little bar and restaurant. Hiking the trail to town is a must!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and had the place well stocked with things needed for visitors. We enjoyed the peace a quiet in May (the other units were mostly empty) and the water was warm enough for a swim.

Une super semaine à Giverola!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Giverola. L'appartement est superbe, spacieux et confortable. La vue sur la mer est juste incroyable, magique... Il est situé entre deux criques magnifiques, accessibles à pied. La communication avec Franck est parfaite. Nous recommandons cette location et gardons cette adresse précieusement.

Semaine magnifique

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l'appartement de Franck. La description sur le site est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique! L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Très bonne literie. De plus Franck nous a donné de très bonnes adresses pour les restaurants à Tossa.

Vacances dans un environnement de rêve

Vous passerez un agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé et dont la vue, sur une des plus belles criques de Tossa de Mar, est juste magnifique. schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse u. super Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt am Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war einfach und schnell. Die Terrasse und der Blick aufs Meer aus allen Zimmern ist einfach nur schön. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind sehr alt und abgenutzt und haben eine Renovierung dringend nötig. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Bis bald Michael

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Logement spacieux avec vue magnifique sur la mer et sur la crique de Giverola. Accès par des marches aux criques de Giverola et de Pola. Appartement dans complexe de 22 appartements. Pas de vis à vis, les voisins sont en général peu bruyants. Chemin de randonnée magnifique à partir du logement pour aller à Tossa de Mar le long de la mer et possibilité de rentrer à Giverola en bateau de Tossa. Possibilité d’aller à la crique de Futadera à pied. Parking pour une voiture: attention aux voitures larges, c’est difficile de se garer entre les bordures de la place de parking. Franck est très réactif et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Vacances magnifiques.

Tossa est une très jolie petite ville. Environnement très agréable et propice à quelques belles promenades nature. Jolies plages et endroit agréable pour l'observation des poissons.
