Summary:
This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has everything you'll will need! We are two blocks from beautiful Downtown Kalamazoo, Bronson Park and all that Kalamazoo has to offer! We recently added a full game room to our 3rd floor. Old school arcade style game centers (Pac Man, Tetris, Moral Combat, NBA Jam and More! You'll be able to walk to the downtown parks and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants in minutes.

We're footsteps from WMU, Bronson Hospital, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, library, parks, breweries & more

The Space:
With plenty of space, 8 TV's, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3rd floor game room and the open main floor, this space is perfect for a girl's night out, game night, graduation stay for parents or the like. Plenty of space to spread out in this home. If you want to enjoy downtown and all of its amenities? This is the place for you.

We renovated this space with your entertainment in mind. The living room opens up into the dining room and kitchen. This allows groups to have the space they desire while ensuring no one misses any of the fun. The living room has a 55" tv with Roku a couch and (2) chairs.

The dining room has a 60" wide fireplace, 55" tv, dining table and seating for 7.

The kitchen is set up for the cook in the group. High end appliances lots of countertop space and all the utensils you'll need.

Fast WiFi and washer/dryer on main floor.

Guest will be given a door code prior to check-in

Walk to one of Kalamazoo's top coffee shops (Crow's Nest), park for kids 1 block west, breakfast , lunch and dinner restaurants, shops and more all walking distance from this home.

Excellent house!
Well maintained house in a great location, walkable to lots of downtown restaurants and attractions. Lots of thoughtful details, like snacks and breakfast food, a bucket of toothpaste, razors, etc., and even a bucket of salt left on thr front porch which came in handy during an unexpectedly heavy snow.

Great place for a family especially for kids. There was a lot of room to spread out, and a great area for kids to have to themselves. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Also perfect location with walkability to so much.

Great family friendly rental
We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. The setup was perfect for a family - separate rooms for the kids and an upstairs arcade to let them play while the adults hung out in the main area. The karaoke machine was also a hit! Location was good for walking to the downtown area for shopping and food.

Loved our stay in K-Zoo!
We stayed in Jeremy’s place for a tennis tournament. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants. The place is well decorated and Jeremy and Katie have literally thought of everything! We felt right at home and would love to come back when in K-Zoo!

Great amenities and special touches. Love the arcade. The breakfast and water was immensely helpful. I would consider mentioning that after the person has booked. Along with the I Luciano of other amenities like laundry soap, shower toiletries. There was a facet handle missing in the kitchen and the towel holder was loose in the upstairs bathroom. Just an FYI.

This house was perfect for us. It seemed like every little detail that could make the trip better had already been thought of. The fireplace was beautiful, the game room was fun, and the home was comfortable. The nearby ski resort in Otswego wasn’t open, and the kids didn’t even mind. There was plenty of room for those in our group to be in different areas of the home. A+

Great house! Close to downtown and college campuses. I would have rated communication with 6 stars if I could. The hosts were on top of every detail to make sure our stay went smoothly. Would stay here again.

PERFECTION IN KZOO
great home away from home. Clean, turn key, beautifully furnished, well stocked with any travel needs - best host EVER. needed an extra high chair (twins) and they delivered one to the door. Kids LOVED the arcade and I was so impressed with how well thought out the space was. will return!!

Fun adult weekend
Nice property within a short walking distance of many downtown restaurants/bars/breweries. The interior of the house was very nicely remodeled at some point, and the owners clearly put some time and effort into thinking about little things for your stay. I would highly recommend any of their properties.

We rent houses all the time for vacations, and we do it 3 to 5 times a year. This place surpassed anything we’ve ever been to! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and every enmity is provided plus you get an entire floor of arcade games! This house is absolutely spotless. If I could give them a higher rating I would! Our family from out of state wants to come back soon! We do too! The hosts need to go into business training other hosts how to do it! They are incredible! Following up with their guests after check in to make sure everything is right too ! More than once! That’s is service!

Great stay for a tournament weekend
Rented this house for a boys weekend for some teen and adult hockey players. We had a great time visiting Kalamazoo, and enjoyed our stay at the house. Didn’t need much from Katie, as our house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would 100% stay again, and already planning for next year. Thanks to our hosts for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay in Kalamazoo
upon entry I was actually much blown away...The pictures do not do this place justice. This owner obviously takes pride in his property. I think more impressive than the expected things were the little touches. Touches such as umbrellas at the door, fireplace on when you open the door, lights on so that you are not searching for a light switch in an unfamiliar place, a bucket with little items that travelers often forget such as phone chargers, toothpaste and more. The game room was a hit with family members both young and old and the fridge was stocked with a couple of breakfast items so that I didn't need to go out first thing in the morning and find a grocery store for a quick breakfast. My family arrived close to 11:30pm after traveling from the west coast and then driving from Chicago. So these little touches were very much welcomed. The communication with the owner was awesome. Whenever I messaged the owner he replied pretty much within the hour, most of the time within minutes. This meant a lot to me as I had a few questions that popped up as my arrival date got closer. The neighborhood was actually quite and seemed to be very safe. My wife felt safe enough to go out and complete a morning run on two of the days we were there and I wasn't too worried about her safety. I would definitely use this place again should I need to come back to Kalamazoo. I would recommend this place to anyone who ask me for a place to stay in Kalamzoo. Great Job, Great home and Great owners.
